Fantastic indoor entertainment venue in Dublin that holds up to 13,000 people. It's really well marshalled and queueing is kept to a minimum for drinks, food, merchandise and toilets. If you find the ground floor queues start to grow, just go upstairs for smaller queues. There's great sound and vision wherever you are in the Arena. If you want a cheap good meal and drink before the concert, just pop into nearby Ruby's.

Convenient location, good to reach by public transport. The only thing a bit over the top were the prices for drinks but thatβ€˜s how it is. Emergency lighting and exits were well visible what I always check in case of an emergency, so thatβ€˜s a big plus.

All together very poor . Where do i start the staff ... none of them seemed to know there jobs and 1 of them even refused my girlfriend entry to the tiolet at the end of the show. Got vip for early entry and it was a complete waste of time we had anout 5 mins to try get wat we wanted before the opened all the doors to every1 . They charged me 7 euro for a can of Heineken and a plastic cup like come on 7 euro!!...you want a draught pint at least. They take the caps off you bottles of coke so u either have to drink it all or let it go flat . The venue was at half capacity due to covid but as u can see from the pictures they just closed half the venue and piled overyone into every seat available with no covid spacing so made no sence . All in wont be going here again wouldnt recommend to anyone.

The Arena in Dublin really is a fantastic place. The design is very modern and looks beautiful from outside and inside. The facilities are great and I found it very clean. Could not see any show on the day I visited the city, but would understand that they can offer amazing attractions. πŸ‘πŸ‘Manage to take this photo looking from the water front which I think shows the whole area.

I’ve been there for an event last night and was super. Great atmosphere and very organised. Queue was super quick and find my place Inside was super easy. Lot of people ready to help you find you seat inside. No queue to buy beer and prices was the same we pay in pubs. The Location is not the best one for you need to back late by public transport. You have luas or 2 buses line available until 11:30. After that you can take taxi or rickshaw ride. I would say it was a great night

Gig changed to 50% capacity but all seats just pushed forward bringing crowds closer together. Very little masks worn and zero social distancing. Venue pre covid times brilliant.

If you can afford a good center seat facing the stage. This is without question the best music venue I have ever been to. I'm a huge fan of arena rather than stadium. I've been to just a couple of gigs at this upgraded arena, to see bands I only had a modest interest in, but had a fantastic evening, most recently to see the Script. Amazing evening. First time in the venue was to see U2, at a new years eve gig over 30 years ago. I still remember Bono apologizing about the rubbish sound, and it really was. Took a picture of the venue, to the right on the way home.

Cool venue with excellent public transport links. Facilities inside are very good with only marginal queues. We were there for a fully sold out Muse concert. 2 things to note. We were very much off to the side. While you still have a decent view of the stage all the stage backdrop effects were entirely wasted on us as we could see none of them. Still a really good gig though. My other pet peeve and this goes for most big venues with sponsorship etc was lack of quality beer. How hard would it be to have 1 nice IPA or something. A change from the usual mainstream lagers. Not a big deal mind. Overall a brilliant venue and an institution for gigs in Ireland for many decades.

Went for Bryan Adam's "So happy it hurts concert". It was well organised with the queue management, drinks and the toilet facilities. I bought the seating ticket at the back, but still had a great (direct) view of the stage from Block L.

What a place to visit, well organised, clean, spacious. Drink holders at the seats not great. Can’t bring own water, must buy theirs inside. Explore the town around the arena, walking along the river is recommended, specially in evening time with different lights on.

Amazing experience at the Hans Zimmer concert with VIP access to the 1878 club. Would recommend getting access to the VIP club if possible, was so nice to have a private (and quiet) space to relax, have a meal and some drinks before the concert started and private table reserved while in the venue (available during intermission and after concert too). No queues, no worries, completely new experience, would highly recommend.

Went to the Dermot Kennedy concert and I'm not surprised I got COVID. Barely anyone was wearing a mask and the place was at full capacity except for the upper tier of the venue which was closed. No social distance whatsoever even though the artist was holding two back to back shows to be able to adhere to regulations. Sitting in a jam packed arena for 3 hours with people wearing no masks.

Modern venue for shows and concerts. Sound and screens are nice and the space is clean and doesn't feel cramped. Prices for snacks and drinks are quite high (and you're not allowed to bring your own water I believe) but that is to be expected. A bit annoying with limited leg space when there is a constant stream of people arriving late and you have to stand up to let them pass. The DART stop is right outside and you can walk to the city center in 25-30min.

We were at the Chemical Brothers concert on 01.11.23 and it was incredible. Thanks to the brothers and everyone involved in making the show happen

Get venue, view is great from any seat and usually good choice of food & drink, and you can bring your drinks to your seat or standing area. Lost a star because Its disappointing that they have decided to go cashless.

First time in the 3arena the other night. Very nice building inside and out. Great variety of snacks, drinks and merchandise. Seating very comfortable. Staff were very helpful to help you to your seats. Only thing I didn't like was that, I got a fizzy drink but the staff had to keep the tops of the drinks. The drink went flat straight away, but I understand that's there policy. I look forward to going back to future concerts

Been here quite a few times now, and the sound is fantastic and the layout is superb. Feels like a very intimate venue and no matter how far back you are, it feels close. Every seat is a good seat. For what it's worth, i was sitting in the back row when i took this shot from my phone!

have been there a few times so far, mostly for standup comedy and science shows. Love the ambience there. only we wish there were more food and drinks options, they could make a profit and we would enjoy the shows better.

Every gig we've ever been to has been really epic. Sound is phenomenal, stage is massive, screens are visible from anywhere, only thing is the price of any drinks is an absolute rip off. €7.80 for a small btl of is just crazy, €4.80 for a soft drink is ludicrous and profiteering, other venues we've been to haven't been ad expensive so don't know why they could justify the prices, the ticket cost is expensive enough in itself.. we'll go back though for the next gig

-Concerts perfect BUT !!! -Guard personnel, and also sellers in stores should learn that we fans and visitors are free people and should treat us as such. -They act as if we are in a bass and not at a concert, they scream at us as if we are idiots and some kind of slaves! -And last but not least, the prices in stores are equal to "legal" theft! -Very warm, minimal air conditioning -no maintained order during the concert, one is constantly interrupted from the experience for a lot of money with people who like to go to the buffet for booze. -I think that no alcohol should be sold during the concert, it spoils the whole experience. Whoever wants to get drunk should go to the pub!

An incredible venue. Went to the twice postponed Elton John farewell tour and it was an amazing night. The venue is really easy to get around and the staff were all friendly and helpful. There are also lots of facilities making it easy to enjoy your night.

Multiple entry points and everything well sign posted. Staff are generally quite good and Informative. However, place needs to be cleaned better, always a smell of stale beer and the prices of the food and snacks is way over the top. Also selling bottles of water and minerals but taking the tops off is such a pathetic way of dealing with problems with a few drunks. Also seating is far too close together, it's like being in a school hall sitting right on top of each other.

Great arena! Large with a capacity of up to 10,000 people. It is situated beside the docks. I always have a great time at gigs at the 3 arena. Also the arena is right beside The Gibson hotel if you needed a stay over. There are a number of restaurants and bars nearby which are great for pre show food & drinks. It is also very close to a Luas track which will get you to the arena and into town after a show. There is also a large underground car park beside the arena which makes getting to and from the arena really convenient. Prices of the food and drink can be very expensive though. (But this is to be expected at specialised event areas)

Really lovely place, been there for quite a few concerts and events such as the MGK and it's layout is absolutely fantastic. Drinks stands, food stands are all good and amazing options, only just a bit pricey for food or snacks. But other than that it's absolutely Great there and really good atmosphere, zones and vibes!

Great venue BUT you are not allowed to stand up in the first row (here row 21) and dance in front of the banister due to safety reasons πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ Supposedly the handrail is too low (which is not!) and you could fall off while the floor area of the standing crowd is right under the tier. I mean if this is a regulation, it's okay, but it has to be mentioned before you purchase tickets ☝️

If you could have an experience like the 3 arena in every city it would be great. Very easy and well run. Parking in the vicinity and crowd control and crowds are fast paced. Other than expensive food and drinks it makes up with large bathrooms and plenty of space. I feel bar should be closed during performance, there was a lot of movement to the bar and it was very disturbing to people.

Unfortunately covid rules are not obeyed completely by the organisers. Can't see the purpose of 50% capacity when there are no empty seats between different parties. Also wearing of mascs is not enforced strictly.

The home of irish music. Unbelievable night for The Script supported by Ella Henderson, caught up with some old work colleagues and enjoy many pints with good people. Fantastic night all round πŸ‘Œ

The area around the 3Arena is morphing from a basic dockland area into the 'place to be' with eateries and pubs springing up. Up Market hotels and the 'cool dudes' drinking Al fresco in all their finery gives you the sense that the area is growing and blossoming. Having strolled around and just looking around on my own, I actually felt quite comfortable and realtively safe. Not a feeling I would usually associate with being in 'The Big Smoke'. Inside the three area the place is buzzing with the sounds of the music of the visiting bands.

Great venue. Plenty of space in food and drink area. Seat space a little tight and hard to get to seat in Upper levels and would need air conditioning up higher in actual auditorium. Floor extremely sticky to the point you stick fast to the floors Toilets spotless and lots of helpful staff

Love going to gigs here. Great venue, easy to access. Helpful staff. Saw Bill Bailey most recently - great night

Loved it great seats overlooking stage. Staff well organised arriving & leaving relatively painless. Bar & snacks on every level. Think holds less than 20k so is actually quite a compact venue. Makes a change to be able to actually see the act & not have to rely on screens.
