this
shop
with
really
good
quality
food
that
my
cat
loves.
My
cat
is
a
very
picky
eater
as
I
imagine
many
of
yours
reading
this
review
are.
He
simply
loves
the
food!
The
service
and
the
supply
is
awful.
I
usually
go
for
5kg
bag
of
a
certain
flavor
and
every
2
-
2.5
months
need
a
new
bag
and
that’s
always
been
a
nightmare
for
almost
3
years.
The
girls
are
nice
but
lack
training.
They
give
you
assurances
that
next
time
bag
will
be
there
write
your
name
and
number
in
a
book
claim
that
will
call
you
back
but
it
never
happens.
Couple
times
I
contacted
by
email
to
give
feedback
and
complain
about
how
unreliable
the
shop
is
and
their
supply
of
food
in
hopes
of
improving
and
flagging
the
ongoing
issues
there
is
no
comment,
apologies
or
even
(i
should
say)
gestures
of
goodwill
on
the
issues
mentioned.
By
no
means
I
am
looking
after
discounts.
I
mean
I
buy
a
bag
of
50€
5kg
premium
cat
food
not
supermarket
for
5€.
Not
sure
if
others
have
this
issue
or
if
it
is
only
the
type
of
food
i
am
looking
for
but
surely
can’t
take
2-3
weeks
chase
to
chase
the
bag
I
want.
I
am
to
a
point
where
1
month
before
running
out
start
enquiring
and
visiting
the
shop
in
hopes
of
getting
what
I
want
in
a
months
time.
It
really
is
frustrating
and
infuriating!
Are
they
trying
to
sell
small
bags
of
1.5
kg
for
higher
margin?
Hell!!
Join
me
3
bags
of
1.5kg
in
a
big
bag
or
give
me
3
bags
for
the
price
of
the
5kg
-
do
something!
If
shop
has
so
many
bags
of
1.5kg
of
same
flavor
how
hard
is
it
to
put
it
in
a
bigger
bag?
I
can
even
bring
my
own!
I
never
complain
because
I
work
for
customer
service
and
understand
constraints
and
issues
that
are
not
in
our
hands
and
would
love
to
give
a
higher
score
but
unfortunately
can’t.
Trying
to
source
another
type
of
food
in
near
future
and
leave
this
one
although
I
would
recommend
the
product
itself.
