Ordered some bits for click & collect and realized I put my number in wrong, was extremely easy to call up and change it over the phone. The order was available to collect within 20 minutes of ordering. Would highly recommend!

The most pleasant shopping experience. I was purchasing a bathroom extractor fan & the friendly, knowledgeable & helpful customer service from start to finish was second to none. The shop was busy but every customer was well looked after. All products can be viewed on screen by the front door & if it is available in the store. I would highly recommend the store

If your item is not in stock don't bother ordering to store, chances are you will not get it in 3 to 4 working days and spend 40 mins waiting on customer service to resolve it just to be told it can be reordered to wait another 3 to 4 working days.

Unfortunately for me it's a very bad experience. Misleading information on their website, all orders coming from the UK, be ready to wait long long long time before your order arrives even tough I placed an order for collection... Of course they took the money from my account at the time of the purchase 😃 Cheap prices I have to do admit so go for it if you have weeks to wait...

Very efficient, very helpful, polite, the only problem I had was I am not a plumber and needed some help with my purchase, which unfortunately the staff cannot give.

I've ordered 4 items From Screwfix and they've decent prices for material's. All the orders came through on time apart From one. Staff are friendly and attentive. Proactive as they'll call you about your order if there's a problem. can take up to 4 working day's as it comes From the warehouse in England so there's some customs issues with delivers. Overall good experience.

Really like this place. Some great items. In saying that I've been waiting 10 days now for something that was only to take 2 to 3 days but the nice girl in the store apologised, canceled the order and reordered it for me so hopefully it'll be in soon.

The Major DIY shop had no stock of plumbing items I needed. But Screwfix had plenty. Should have gone there first.

Always fast and efficient and cost effective service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. Open on Sunday too, which is a great bonus.
