I had never gone into Heiton Buckley before, but I had to get something that my plumber needed that was only sold there. I went up to the counter to ask where the product might be. The 3 guys there completely ignored me carrying on their conversation about non work stuff for 5 mins. Eventually one guy looked up, and told me where my product was. I brought the product back up to him, he did the sale never looking at me. Got the paper printout and literally threw it across the desk at me. I went to give him the money and in disgust he said that 'she' the woman down the end of the desk, takes the money. I felt so sorry for this woman having to work with 'men' like this. Just as I was paying a mother and teenage daughter came in as they had hired something from Sam Hire, and again he brushed her aside and said oh I don't deal with that, its down there - towards other end of the counter. Ok I may not look like I work in the trade but if are open to the public too, treat us with respect and not a nuisance and intrusion to you. These guys obviously hate their job!

5 stars for Martin working out the back. He went above and beyond to help me out. Thanks a lot. 0 stars for the big man on the gate. I said "6 bags, thanks." He checked my docket and shouted "6 bags of what?" even though he had the answer in his hand. He looked in my boot and slammed it with such ferocity I felt my body shake. An awful experience. Needed more gravel and sand, but went to Woodies the next day.

Needed to replace the ESB and Gas meter doors on the cabinet's of my house. I found them in stock online and was able to purchase them over the counter all done and dusted in less than ten minutes great service providers i couldn't recommend them enough 👍

There's always ample parking, great stock and are knowledgeable about their products but, they do have quite a few belligerent staff members on the counters (unless you're one of their buddies coming in of course). They're priced well and pretty efficient once you're in the yard collecting your gear.

Great gang of lads working here. Very informative, knowledgeable & helpful. Would highly recommend to anybody both Trade & public as they have a great selection of material.
