Outdated food on shelves. Please beware when shopping. The owner of the shop is very arrogant men.

Deli has gone down the pan , Was best Deli on northside, Went in yesterday for a roll got the worst customer service ive ever had in any retail shop , Deli was empty at lunchtime , no selection of cold meats , Salads look like they are a week out date , Girl on Deli no mask ,no gloves and handling food with her bare hands , No covid guidelines been followed by ANY STAFF , Health and Saftey hazard all over the place

Local shop/supermarket in Priorswood, Dublin 17. Free car parking available as carpark is directly outside the store. I am always greeted with a smile by all of the staff members working in this store. The cashiers, floor/shelf packing staff, deli staff, manager Tom, security guard(s). All of them are very friendly, bubbly and extremely helpful members of staff. There is a nice, calm atmosphere. Nice choice of music playing. Calm & relaxing atmosphere. You can purchase food items for every meal & desserts, plus various snacks, sweets, icecreams etc. They sell the usual every day items that we all use. They even have plant based options of milk available for those who prefer these to cows milk. They have that aswel though. Fresh bread and cakes every day. Hot foods in the deli. Some gluten free products available for those with gluten intolerance or those who are coeliac like myself. The only wish I have is that there would be more gluten free options available like bread, rolls, so it is easy to purchase something to eat from the deli if I am hungry & would like to order a roll or sandwich. It also would be nice to have some plant based 'meat' free options instead of animals because I am vegan the past 8 years Isn't sometimes difficult to find a local establishment They also sell alcoholic beverages and different types of vapes and vaping liquids. You can so the lottery here, pay certain Bill's, purchase phone credit and they accept cash cards. There is an ATM located as you walk straight through the front door to the end of the shop and it's on your left of the deli. Produce/products are fresh & reasonably priced. Food available also for dogs & cats. Bird seed too. Best local store in the area by far. I highly recommend a visit to Kennard Costcutters for locals & for anyone passing through the area.

I used to live in clonshaugh, and Kennards was the local. Good range of products. Very nice and helpful staff. Good prices

Went to pay told my card never went through to find out I payed twice went to manager said he had to speak to owner never got money back

Chicken fillet rolls are top of the range...so is the coffee Staff are very friendly..

The people working there are super helpful! I was staying at a hotel nearby, needed a stamp desperately and, even though they had ran out, the gentleman went to his office to try find one for me. He found one and gave it to me. The other young people working there were also very nice. Thank you so much! You made my day!

Well run shop. Most of the staff are very diligent and hard working. However there needs to be 2 tills open at all times yet there rarely is and in my experience it's only 1 till that is open leading to delays. Sometimes the 2nd till opens when the queue grows but predominantly the 2nd till seems to be mostly used for toting up rather than serving customers. This process is far too frequent and dated and can surely be streamlined to modern shopping methods?. It's quite annoying to see a staff member occupy a till but not manning the till for customers use because instead they are toting up on it. Especially when queing with hot food knowing that it's going to be a longer wait before you get served. The staff and management appear to be doing their best though but it would be good to see an improvement on the point of delay mentioned.
