Probably unfair to the store, but I really couldn't give any rating to any supervalu over the treatment I was given by Supervalu Raheny. (July 2021) Long.Story.Short Saw bottles of wine on display for €9 each, decided to buy 12. (12*€9=€108. ok.) Then saw the same bottles in boxes beside display, picked up 2, easier to carry. Went to till and paid by card. My mistake, didn't pay proper attention, later noticed I was charged €144. ( That's €36 extra). Called back following day and approached off licence staff, explained what happened, salesperson claimed that it was not a mistake as the bar codes on the boxes and the bottles are different. Although he agreed that the bottles were €9 each. People in queue behind started laughing. I asked to see a manager, the duty manager arrived and agreed with the staff member and was adamant that I was charged the correct price. He did offer me a refund if I returned the two boxes intact. I could only return one as I had used the other box as a prize for golf society. So I actually paid €18 for a cardboard box to carry the wine, most other shops supply a 6 bottle tray free of charge. I contacted supervalu customer service and initially they appeared appalled and assuerd me that they would pass on to relevant section to be dealt with. After five further contacts and being assured each time that the manager would contact me, I'm still waiting. In Sept 21, I emailed HR in the Raheny store and the lady rang me the next day, she seemed appalled, and assured me that she would get "John" to call me. (No call to date), Clearly the manager in Supervalu Raheny has no interest in customer care. As a result I have stopped using supervalu except for things we run out of, the bottle bank and the post office. I buy my wine for golf society outings elsewhere and seem to be getting better value, and either a FREE carry tray or wine box. Now almost 2 years later I'm still waiting for SV raheny to contact me Supervalu Raheny doesn't share the dream and I definitely didn't win at Supervalu. I am still €18 out of pocket for shopping at SuperValu Raheny where multi-buy is dearer.

The same as usual, no one likes doing the weekly shop but it has to be done.

Be careful shopping here, multiple times food has been sour, fish I bought recently 5 day to expiry smell like sour milk, potato salad also sour, I vomited after eating the potato salad. The staff must be leaving the food out of cold storage for to long before putting in the fridge.

Staff are friendly, seen caramel filled donuts today very disappointing as not enough caramel

Management of ship is a joke...give security man a cap he thinks he a guard...same principal here...I overheard the way the manager speak to staff on the floor....if it was me I'd floored him...won't be visiting dump again pity poor staff... And I noticed a lot of regular nice staff have left...wonder why.....

The girl behind the counter in the deli skipped me to serve staff and Charged 5 euro for chicken fillet roll with stuffing and they had no lettuce in the shop and told me they dint cut any today because they war so busy but was half 10 on a Saturday not a sinner in the shop with 3 staff members on one making sambos in the back and the other 2 pottering around 😂😂 I worked in a deli myself and not that hard go down open a packet of iceberg in the mean time but this girl nearly hated her job

I found my experience to be excellent. I was given assistane by one of the staff members, to help me get and pay for my tea. I was very dizzy, weak on my feet. And the staff member looking after manual customer tills.came over and assisted me, she was very helpful and friendly. And I wish to pass on my thanks for her help 10 out of 10 for her help

The Deli wraps and rolls are frugal. The girl making it actually counted the jalapeños (3) going on the wrap. I binned the wrap before paying for it. The last of a que at lunch time says it all.

Ai love superValu prìces are great at the moment hopefully it will stay that way shopping in the store for the last 45yrs Slainte 😊

Supermarket: The supermarket has a lot of options of products but it’s quite expensive compared to other markets Price: a little expensive compared to Lidl and Dunnes Staff: the staff is really nice and very polite

Went to the store today to buy some fresh fish stood at the counter for about 5 to 10 minutes and there was nobody serving and nobody came down even tho the staff from the deli counter saw me so I left and bought nothing in the shop customer service shocking

Ordered a birthday cake for the 8th of November, which is a Tuesday, and the staff wrote it down for Wednesday, when coming back to receive the cake on Tuesday, we were asked to collect it tomorrow which isn't possible since it is a birthday, told to come back in an hour, brought the cake home and upon opening it, it was one of their old ones when tasting the cake, it was unbearably sweet since it was icing and not the fresh cream we order and paid. When coming back the next day to complain about it, the staff pointed the blame at me and mocked me.

Can be pricey, fresh fruit and veg selection good

Deli is absolutely shocking!!! Orde something it's slapped together with feck all of what you asked for on it.. no training whatsoever or there must be a really tight budget on stock. I threw away half I my roll because there was only enough for the other half. Worst deli I've ever come across, if I could give it no stars I would!

At one time I would have rated this with five stars, but in recent years their product range has become more limited and the level of service has declined.

Prices are reasonable, staff could be a bit more helpful!

I went to the bakery at supervalu in northside and got a few cakes for family gathering . A lady serviced me absolutely lovely friendly and was very helpful Name was Lauren . Customer service was excellent. Supervalu our very lucky having her.

This was my first time to visit this supermarket. Very nice and helpful staff showed me where items could be located. Great shop, has Everything you could possibly want, spied some baking trays /cake tins that I wanted to buy but couldn't carry at the time. Will definitely be back soon to purchase them! Excellent choice in wines and lovely deli counter. Will be paying a return visit very soon.

Definitely not one of the better Super values,but I suppose provides a reasonable service to the community.
