The staff member was rude when I went in. Dismissive and not helpful. Maybe it was because I was a guy and not their typcial customer. I was actually in to buy the full range of all the Britney Spears perfumes for a collection which would have also been featured in a gallery. Because the girl was literally "NO PHOTOS" in a very rude manner (infront if others) without even a "hello" it made me leave straight away without question-It was embarassing and uncalled for. My visit was 2.20 on the 16th Aug

Amazing experience with one of the girls today was helping me smell perfumes for 15 minutes knowing i was just looking and really made my day, was so kind and really helped me with my decisions

Very abrupt and cold service, the Muslim girl in particular. Maybe my Eastern European accent set her off, I would never know.....I purchased a perfume there today but after the “treatment” received, no way I will ever be back. Thank you and good bye! 👎👎👎

We bought a perfume and they charged us the wrong price. We went back and the black haired lady with a pony tail was extremely rude and we ended returning the perfume because of her attitude. We were actually gonna buy something else but her lack of respect for the customer made us not do it. We will NOT be going back and we would suggest

Decent service; and super competent. I went there for my Dior Savage Perfume; and they offered proper service with the dumpling to smell and got a proper discount.

I had a great experience here last Saturday while buying Good Girl by Carolina Herrera, the woman working there was very friendly, accommodating and helpful - I even left with the biggest bottle which i hadn’t planned on so she’s clearly a good saleswoman too 😌😌
