Always a great breakfast and fast service, Very clean premises and HACCP practices. Nice on a Sunday morning with pals catch up 💯

One of the Neat and clean McDonalds in city centre. There are two entrances, the ordering machines in the entrance from the iLac is always busy, try to go the machines on another entrance. It’s not multi-storey but have sufficient dine in place. It is always busy during the lunch time.

I could not seem to make an order on the the self service machine. So I asked a very polite, smartly dressed young lady named Tanya who was member of the staff there to assist me. She was kind, respectful and very professional. It's a clean restaurant and I enjoyed nice breakfast. Well done to all the staff there. Maith sibh 🌴✅

Cleanest of the McDonald's in town but sometimes there's no excuse on hygiene. It's December now and the place is horrible. More so the people and keeping clean in this busy time can be a nightmare so 4* and the 3* isn't McDonald's fault

One of the worst. Really long time of waiting. The food was cold and only fries was warm. I don’t recommend this McDonald’s. Very dirty inside.

Mc Donald in Dublin. The taste of the Big Mc, and fries same, nice clean place inside a mall. Good atention.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is always up to standard and hot.Unfortunately a lot of loud teenagers usually hanging around without buying food and spoiling the atmosphere.

Nice to find a lot of fast food restaurants in the centre of Dublin, so was a very welcome break for us. Food came fairly quickly and was nice. Two problems though, 1). I couldn't use the McDonald app on my mobile in Ireland & 2). The stool seats are dangerous. I'm disabled and slipped off one and ended up on the floor. We moved to more traditional chairs and benches as soon as we could.

People coming in in gangs and not eating anything. Felt very uncomfortable and had to be extra alert with my property. Security is needed to stop this.

I had my first ever wrap. The Saturday special wrap was ceasar chicken and bacon. It was only €2.90 and it was delicious. Yummy!

Buns were rock solid. I think when you order delivery this place slacks on food quality and will give you food that's been sitting for a longtime because unless you bring it back and complain there is nothing you can do about it.

Could not eat there properly, as theres always teenagers intimidating people with color. Taking pictures of my daughter. Security cannot do anything. Disappointing

After parties is a good option if you feel starving, but obviously you won't be the only one and the queue will be so long. Anyway the service is good and the prices cheap

Food quality has decreased over time. Unless you on the budget or one to have something fast, don't bother.

It is one of the nicest McDonalds in the city. I give 5 for the service as the place is always flooded with uncultured tanagers. But the staff work extremely hard to make the place welcoming for others.

Never in my life have I experienced someone as rude as the assistant manager D, I was getting a student offer and she blamed me on me on making the specific offer up because there was a communication error between mcdonald’s and the staff, and she could not find it on the till. I get this deal everytime i go to mcdonald’s and she made me search the internet to see where I originally found the offer and when and when I found it she made out that it could be expired and made sure to zoom into the terms and conditions, I understand that she didn’t know it was a thing but spoke in such a rude and condescending manner which left me so embarrassed, staff should be trained properly on how to use the tills and speak nicely to staff.

Food is edible but staff are not trained on what they are serving. Unable to answer about basic food regarding safety for pregnant women and allergies. They give orders out in bags without trays and half stuff missing from order as they are in too much of a hurry to check.

A machine that dosent print Receipts, a member of staff on the lobby, who walks off, refusing to answer a question, how do I collect the order, with no Receipt? Walks off behind counter, comes back out from the counter, and walks away. When I ask again, about the Receipt, gets a Manager to come out to talk to us. Manager says she's new, here a few weeks maybe. The manager tells us there's no paper in the machine, that's why I can't get a receipt. When we did get food, it was cold. After being left, with three other orders. Took it back had it in 6/7 minutes to be recooked. There were several staff, unable to get out over 25 orders out.

McDonald's was brilliant the staff were so helpful caring and kind it's very clean 😘😍🥰 I'd definitely recommend it to anyone

Kitchen staff is really tired of making food and very careless to preparing food without using any gloves. NB for manager: give staff rotation atleast 1 hr accordingly. Everyone need quality food.!!!

We order to dine in and choose the locator number option. After waiting for 20 min we asked why it was taking so long and the employee said that it was because he “thought” our locator number didn’t existed so they didn’t bother to look for us. We had to wait another 10 min for our food to be cooked, he took our receipt and didn’t gave it back so now we can’t benefit of the offer that shows at the top of it.

One of the worst McDonald's experiences I'm sorry to say. Floppy greasy fries had to be returned along with cold burger. Then was left waiting for replacement while my wife ate on her own. The meal was fully refunded but our meal outwas ruined.

Staff dat work on the door can be quite rude, on the other hand the staff behind the counter are great and the food is always fresh!

Worst costumers experience ever. The burger was cold and return it 3 times. The manager came to me because I was fuming and I appologised to the girl for being angry but his explanation was "she's not the one doing the burgers"

Loved the place,though busy and being vigilant in consideration of covid social distance.. Rest rooms ought to be provided to the service user not directing all to the mall public lavatories

Checking covid certs but senior staff chatting at counter with customers who weren’t wearing face masks ! While queuing at least ten people around me with no mask and not a word said to anyone by management or staff ! Very poor ! Best to avoid

Regarding covid checks are on point as cleaning tables had seen more than once that pile up bins and tables to no space for seat in need to increase awareness on that part. When ordering no delays or missing items like had in other locations.

I am vulnerable person and had been to a Hosp Apptmt in Dublin. We ordered on the machine which was very slow but there was very little wait. My coffee was cold when it arrived but it was replaced immediately and young lady was very friendly and she smiled and replaced the coffee with an apology, she is definitely an asset to McDonald's in Ilac Centre.

Standard McDonald's, nice big seating area. Clean and standard McDonald's food quality food. Nice place for coffee too when it's quiet. Can be a bit of a queue at busy times, the food ordering area is quite small.

So i had food here a couple of weeks ago, food was good it’s maccies so what you expect. But as when i was leaving i had to use the bathroom. I asked a member of staff where the toilet was since it wasn’t labelled, she told me through that door and pointed .I went in the door and it brought me downstairs where staff were having their lunch so i asked them where the bathroom was . Kinda rude but i get you don’t wanna be disturbed during your lunch. So I noticed another door beside that one and the girl never gave me a code. So i went back she told me the code ( which would of been handy the first time) i went in and there was 3 toilets( disabled, and two regular) one was out of use so i waited a long time . When i went in it was filthy!! i swear i understand that people are the ones who leave it that way, but it wasn’t checked all day! it was in a kip. I appreciate the staff they work hard and it’s mcdonald’s but it really made me feel uncomfortable.
