Good collection of toys but unfriendly owner, wont come back again. Got 2 Marvel Legends toys, but they were not in the original box, and the parts to build another figure were missing. What good good practice is that? As soon the toy is removed from the original box, it should not be considered brand new and have the same price as it should be in the original box.

A shop run by seemingly high strung adolescent children nowadays. Ignorant, rude and will lie right to your face. "New" items opened and put back in the back. Used to always go here, not the same shop it used to be. Forbidden Planet and Big Bang are far far more friendlier with better prices and products. Adios amigos.

The team at Dublin City Comics are always fabulous and very friendly. Great selection of comics, graphic novels and figures among other pieces. And if you don't see what your after the team is great an hunting down an item for you. For my comic needs it's my go to spot and always will be as they make you feel part of the family.

The best comic book shop in Dublin. Great selection of books, toys, model kits etc. from every fandom. The staff have extensive knowledge & are only too happy to help you find what you're looking for, and if it's not in the shop they'll get it for you!

The Lads in there are great. Always helpful and provide advice on comics they think might interest you. Been a customer from almost the beginning and the friendliness doesn't compare; especially with other nearby stores that barely acknowledge your existence when you enter. But in Dublin City Comics, talks about comics, films, TV shows and sometimes just life itself will be discussed with enthusiasm and laughter/tears. 100% recommend - and what they don't have they'll aim to find for you.

Ordered some figures from the website and one happened to be out of stock but offered me a more expensive replacement at no extra charge! Delivery is expensive at a tenner but was well packaged and crazy fast. Ordered Friday evening and arrived Saturday morning! Very happy.

Been going to Dublin City Comics since the beginning, from their start on Crow Street to Bolton Street and now Capel Street. The staff are always great, very attentive. They have a good selection of comics new and old, graphic novels and other collectibles.

Great store especially for fans of 1980s memorabilia. The lads always sound. They get your order in good time. The items arrive pristine and in excellent packaging. Always easy to deal with the lads over the phone or via social media. Highly recommend.

Dublin City Comics is a comfortable, well lit and welcoming shop for anyone who collects toys or comic books or anyone looking for gifts for those who do. It's friendly and knowledgeable staff is happy to talk through any purchace you might need help with or arrange a list of comics they can keep for you if your want to be sure of a copy of your favourite comics as they come in every month or a toy you dont want to miss out on by ordering it ahead of time. Its unique feature is the trade in wall of second hand collectable toys that range from Transtormers, through Star Wars and every action figure line you can think of has at least one representative there. (Marvel legends, DC, Masters of the Universe, Doctor Who, GI-Joe and in and on...) The second hand comic section pays well for those trading in old comics and is relatively inexpensive for those that want to go looking for something new. With a bright spacious enviroment and comfortable low level music its extremely friendly for anyone who finds clutter and noise disturbing and needs a nerd friendly rest spot in Dublin.

Fantastic choice of vintage toys and comics! They even have mangas translated in French, I never would have thought of finding that in Dublin. Great prices too!

Proper comic shop. Boxes and boxes of old stuff but not a lot of omnibusses, manga, or art books. Hope you like DC/Marvel... Not bad, but not my style. I think I was only one of two customers in the shop while I was there, a bit of interaction from the staff would have been nice.

I ordered an item on Wednesday afternoon and it arrived on Thursday. If it arrived any faster my post box would have been shattered. Very happy with my first order. Extremely fast delivery. Will buy here again.

Primary products are collectable figures (old and new) and Comics (new paperback collections and old single issues). Used to sell japanese model kits but as of this review, only a few accessories are on display. Store is spacious and staff are friendly.

Easily the best place to buy collectables in city, the store is nicely laid out and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I've bought several times here and every time was a great experience. The pricing on items are also very fair! Highly recommended if you are ever passing by.
