Product is really good. They have almost all of Filipino stocks that we want. But maybe they could improve their customer sevice more

This store was right across from our hotel Staycity. I came to this store early am and asked the older woman if they had big bottles of water. The woman never answered and instead gave me a condescending look. What a horrible customer service. We were Filipino tourists from Seattle, and she probably mistook us as OFW. We were in Dublin for six days, and we gave our business to the other stores nearby. I don’t know how they stay in business and why our kababayans tolerate and buy at this store.

The older woman and one of the men do all of the work, the girls just talk for hours and help no one even when asked. They just look at you and ignore you. Very bad customer service. Otherwise very good products and I wish the old woman the best with her business.

I like the place, lots of stuff to buy and a wide selection of food. Staff are nice and friendly and affordable prices.

Abundant Filipino condiments and other Asian stuff! Cheapest compared to the rest in Dublin. They have baked stuffs, desserts and request to order.

Terrible customer service, I had bought eggs from tesco and by the time I reached the pinoy store, one of the eggs had cracked and leaked so I was in a rush to find a quick solution and instead, the woman in the store accused my sister and I of stealing their products. She discriminated us and gave us looks, we still did not understand why. I don’t know how people tolerate this. This is non acceptable and would not recommend.

Good range of Filipino and Asian food. Its a bit hidden from sight but good word gets around. Also great Filipino cakes and hot food to take away at times. You can send money to the Philippines too.

They offer lots of choices of Filipino products! Card transactions must be above €10. Price is cheaper than the other Filipino stores in city centre.
