😠 Got charged €80 + parking because we didn't know that it closed at 7pm and there was a call out fee. I was so upset. Ruined a great night. Was there at 7.45pm, who would imagine that a city centre car park would close at 7pm? One small sign as you are on the way in (which we obviously missed) and no... Was there at 7.45pm, who would imagine that a city centre car park would close at 7pm? One small sign as you are on the way in (which we obviously missed) and not a single other sign throughout the car park. No pending hours on Google Maps. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible experience.

Parked at what looks like a public parking garage; returned at 7:20 to find it closed and shuttered, with our car locked inside. So if you want your car after 7pm you have to pay an extra $80.00. Waited 20 minutes with 12 other people locked in. Does the city of Dublin know this business is systematically ripping of tourists 👎

DO NOT USE THIS CARPARK!!!! I wouldn’t even give it one star but had to to leave the review! A total scam - I was a tourist in Dublin last week on my way back to the UK following a tour of the West coast. My partner and I had a meal and returned to the Thomas St car park to pick up our car and go to our accommodation. Not knowing Dublin we arrived at the car park at 2 mins past 7. The pedestrian entrance was closed and a notice said go round the back which was some way down the street and around a couple of corners. The main car entrance was completely closed up not a soul in sight. A notice said ring a number pay €80 in cash to get our car out!!! This I did absolutely raging, and a guy turned up from Securitas to unlock the door. My partner had to go of to find a cash machine. There were approx 6 vehicles in there! I’m in process of making complaints far and wide and will fight to get my money back. Spoiled our last day. Just don’t use it.

DO NOT EVER PARK HERE. They charge you €80 to get in past 1900 hours. It's better to get clamped so you can get your car earlier and cheaper.

Worst parking lot ever. They purposely rip off tourists. Beware visitors to Dublin! Don't leave your car there, even 5 minutes past 7pm. They are the worst ever. This place definitely ruined our evening- had to pay 80€ to get our car out. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Avoid! Closes at 7pm, but no clear advertisement on the street that it does. Cost €80, plus hourly rate. Security man was a gent, just the company or landlord can either advertise the opening hours or open 24/7

Parked there. They locked the doors all day sunday with zero notice. They wanted 80 euros to unlock. Then it was 40 euros for a day and a half. A joke. Find another parking lot. Q park down the street by circle k is a much better choice. 7 euro for the night.

I don't park in the city that often, but, when I parked in your garage recently upon entering I saw the sign said "8 overnight", I assumed this meant what it said. We parked from Monday afternoon to Wednesday about 8AM and was charged alot more that "8 overnight". Change your signs to be more informative! Also, the guy working there who was running the floor cleaner was helpful and nice.

I sure wish I read the other reviews before parking here. We parked here to go to Guinness and returned at 7:10 to find our car locked in. It costs $80 to get the car out. What a joke and a scam. Park ANYWHERE else. You could even just get a parking ticket- it would be cheaper.

Never use this Carpark, absolute scam, charging €80 to release the car after 7, plus parking fees. Disgusting, and staff extremely rude and abrasive.

Convenience: Access to virtually everywhere in the area. No further discounts applicable for weekly parking which would have been really convenient for workers who commute to work by car from outside Dublin. The management is happy to have less than 30% occupancy rather than encourage workers employed in the area with discounted weekly parking!

There are Lidl signs all over this car park. But no pedestrian entrance to the car park from Thomas street or from lidl. There's a neon sign above the lidl saying parking at rear. There's a lidl sign above the entrance to the car park. The entire car park is full of posters about the lidl store. If you do shop in lidl and park in this car park be aware you'll need to carry your shopping down the road, around two corners and through the car entrance (no pedestrian access) to get back to your car. The directions inside the car park are extremely confusing. I don't know if there's an ongoing dispute between the lidl and the car park owners. Previously you could get in and out via the Thomas street entrance beside the lidl. The lidl security workers were very weary and disinterested in my asking how you accessed the car park and told me lidl is in no way affiliated with the car park. Honestly I parked there partially so I could feel safer. But the random wandering around side streets trying to find out what was going on with heavy bags of shopping was very unnerving. I would not recommend this car park. It is very inconvenient and I feel blatantly misrepresents its relationship to the lidl. The prices were reasonable and I believe there was very visible signage explaining that it closed at 7pm.

Car park closes at 7, and if you get locked in you’ll have to pay 80 euro call out fee + parking fees. I mean it is somewhat signposted but feels predatory given how early it closes.

There should be an option to leave zero stars. This place is an absolute disgrace. Pure robbery. Would advise to park elsewhere as there are plenty of other places around. Avoid thus car park!!

Great parking, very easy to get in and out to when coming from Wicklow. Can leave town much faster than when parking on Jervis

Overpriced carpark, no entrance from Thomas Street only an exit onto it.
