Great shop, always has a lot of incense! The lady that works there is always very helpful and knows about all the products, great customer service!! Always love going in there!!

I love the store, the products, really I do. I am buying here for years. Today, I came at 17.55h and the young lady has already closed the store. Last week my flatmate came at 18.20h and the young lady was shouting how she is closing the store. Please either you make your working hours as they are or put your real working hours on Google and on the store door so we will know when we can come. Closing store on Friday at 17.55h is not something expected or professional. If you are opened till 18.30h, what is the issue to have store opened till then or what is the issue to take the last purchase at 18.25h? Think about this, you are a great store but this closing of working hours is not ok, in two weeks, two times. This is not professional, not nice and doesn't look ok. Thank you!

I was there few times before and staff was allways nice... however, today when I came in around midday I was the only customer inside and the shop assistant didn't even manage to say 'hello' or be nice with me...she didn't care about customer at all...I asked her how the eye massager works she didn't come closer so I brought it to her but got no help .... then I asked her how much the head massager was and how to turn in off...she came to me, turned it off and nervously put it down on the shelf without saying anything...I wanted to buy it! 😀😃🙂 she was really rude so I asked her name...she didn't say her name but said I can complain anyone I want she didn't care so I assumed she is the boss herself...anyway, worst customer service today...I went to few more shops around today and nobody was as rude as she was.... p.s.then I got the answer from the shop today telling me to delete the comment as if there were more customers and they confirmed nothing happened but it wasn't...I was the only customer at the time,they showed up before I left...not fear...I am a Google guide level 8, writing reviews for a while and this was the first negative one...it says something

Literally the best shop. I was there today and the women who helped me was so nice and sweet to me: she explained how to use incense and other stuff and I'm very glad. Best wishes for u guys!!

Love this treasure trove, always something wonderful to buy. Got bracelets with the stones on them that you can put your essential oils on, very reasonably priced. Lovely friendly staff. Recommend 100%

Do not buy electrical a in this shop. They are coming out of China and are not fit for purpose- i.e. you need an adapter to use it, also faulty goods.

Lovely selection and staff. Always a go to show to browse when in town. Never leave without buying something nice.

The woman at the cashier had no intentions whatsoever to make it a nice experience to shop there. Couldn't help me at all. Knew nothing about what they sold there. Very good at making me leave the shop

Purchased a Buddha gift as Christmas present this evening. Great product at a great price. Tall bald guy with glasses (owner I think) was very helpful in particular.

Very friendly and genuinely happy staff who seem to really enjoy being there. When in Dublin I’ve visited this shop twice now as the quality of the products I’ve purchased here are very effective and work well. Glad I put my trust in this place. Thanks to the team and products I’ve tried so far I will be visiting again I’m sure.
