I noticed wear on my wedding ring of 34 years and didn't want to lose a diamond. Took it in to Dublin Village Jewelers and they were so knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I was hoping to have it back within a week and it was ready 2 days later - looking as beautiful as if it was new! Wonderful customer service and workmanship!

Annie and Alex were extremely cordial and helpful. Aside from my repair needs, we spoke for several minutes about miscellaneous things, including pets and pet rescue. I took two watches in for battery replacement; one was completed within a couple of minutes. A battery had to be ordered for the other. The second replacement was completed within a couple of days. The business is also very military and first responder friendly. My new go-to jewelry store!!! Their friendliness and customer service was outstanding! We had a wonderful experience today. I had my class ring resized and not only was the price good but the turnaround was just a few days. The bonus was seeing the complete restoration of the over 30 year old ring. It looked brand new! Absolutely incredible and at no extra cost. My experience with Dublin Village Jewelers was above and beyond! I had a few necklaces that needed repairs. I asked if they could possibly do the repairs in a rush as I was going on vacation. They were able to do the repairs in a one day turn around. I would recommend this jeweler for any of your jewelry needs. Very large, impressive selection and the entire staff were very very nice and accommodating!!!

Amazed doesn't begin to cover it! I recently inherited this ring from my grandmother after her passing. I noticed a pearl was loose so I took it in for repair. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but the team also gave me great advice on taking care of fine jewelry since I'm not so familiar. Not to mention they were able to fix it just in time for me to wear it to Thanksgiving. It's very clear the entire staff cares greatly about what they do. I took in a white diamond band ring with bezel set yellow diamonds for repair. One of the yellow diamonds had fallen out, and Yuri was able to reset it. The next morning, I noticed the stone had fallen out again and this time it was nowhere to be found. When I went back to the store, they took responsibility and promised to find a matching yellow diamond. I was so impressed at how honorably they acted to special order a replacement. Within a few days, they called me and it was repaired flawlessly. I can’t recommend them enough if you want peace of mind with the jewelry you purchase or entrust them to repair. I won’t go anywhere else!

Alex was amazing! My fiancé wanted me to be able to pick out my own ring so I started searching for jewelry stores online and came across Dublin Village Jewelers. After reading a lot of the 5 star reviews I decided to go there first and we didn’t end up going anywhere else. Alex was great from the first time we walked in, very nice and helpful and we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. Wow. The most amazing little family owned business that truly cares about their customers and can do it all. They sized my grandmother's vintage wedding ring up 2 sizes with no issues when 4 other places in the area could not. They fixed a missing baguette diamond in my mother's wedding ring some day (under 3 hours). And I got a great quality replacement chain for a great price. You can see and hear the experience and confidence this family has whith all types of jewelry. They cleaned my grandmother's ring amazingly... it had been cleaned before it was used in my proposal for engagement but Dublin Village Jewelry took it up to a whole new level of sparkle :) I can't wait to have them appraise and help me insure this priceless heirloom. The BEST jeweler for young engaged couples!! Buying an engagement ring can be a pretty stressful and obviously expensive process, but Annie and Yury at Dublin Village Jewelers took all of the stress out of it! They were incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning, helping me to stay in my budget and find the perfect engagement ring. I ended up customizing a setting and they helped me through several rounds of design changes and resizing. We also got our wedding bands here and could not be happier! My 88 year young dad is giving away his "pinkie" rings. The rings show years of use (abuse) and have had to be repaired and cleaned. The rings look brand new...better than new. Great to have a local family jeweler that does a great job in Columbus

What an exceptional experience! My husband's wedding band fell apart (2nd time in 8 years) and I took it to a well known jewelry store we purchased it from. They took it for a few weeks only to tell us they couldn't fix it or replace it because that wedding band has been discontinued, that basically we were out of luck, and would just have to buy a new one. Let's just say I told them I was very disappointed and would NEVER buy another piece of jewelry from them again. I decided to get a second opinion and brought my husband's wedding band to the Dublin Village Jewelers. He was able to weld it back together for me on the spot!
