Found pieces of ground in my salad today… absolutely awful feeling to have it in your mouth! Never again! Start washing the food for god sake!

Fast and easy service, very friendly staff. Very informative about their menu and other items sold. Very recommended the only reason why 4 star needed more space for seating areas so more customers can enjoy this wonderful branch.

Ordered a salad and it was a quick enough process. Took 10 minutes in total to make and pay. Which actually is linger than it should have been when the queue wasn't long and there were 4 staff on. I ordered two smoothies to go with this and it took an extra 15 to 20 minutes. The staff member making the smoothies made one properly and the other was basically a juice. I ordered the green machine and she put ice cubes and water instead of frozen yogurt and never put pineapple in. When asked she said she did both to my reply saying I watched how it was made and was refusing to take it until the right ingredients were added. Still quite watery and convinced there was no apple as it tasted mostly of spinach. Please don't try scam your customers when you are running out of stock. Be honest and tell them you can make something else. Very disappointed. Also new menu isn't the best. Missing the acai bowls and Lobb the Gob

Tried their new menu, the Thai chicken Satay. Horrible choice, if they are trying to copy Sprout & Co, they are not even close! Zero taste, poor portion of all ingredients. Satay dressing was so chunky it looked like chunky peanut butter, staff had to take off the lid from the squeezing bottle to serve.

I got the Italian connection salad and asked for no sundried tomatoes but they put it anyway and I was not able to take it off because everything was finely chopped;anyway,the food was good,good quality and everything was fresh

Good clean place. Very nice smoothies. Don't expect decaffeinated tea (!!!???) They'll look at you like you're an alien (gee sorry if I have health issues).

First of all this is not an Irish company. Its a chinese owned company. Stay away! Had to give 1 star to be able to write this review to advise you all customers & jobseekers. No respect for workers, company doesn’t follow Irish and very rude to staff. No hygiene and very dirty kitchen. Don’t be fooled from what you see at the front counter. Back of house is absolute horror. Use of expired products, change of expiry date stickers to avoid sanctions from authorities. Absolutely rip off. Tremendous amount of pressure to work there. No security, 1 owner also acts as director , area manager and HR and all key positions. Basically you have nobody else to speak to when the owner tortures you. Owner would not pay neither salary or holidays accrued to workers and impossible to get in contact with as he always runs away. Nobody would ever respond to your call, email or text, you will be totally ignored. It is not a nice place to work, it is not a safe place to eat. Unless you like maggots and insects, if not…stay away folks.

Chopped is a great concept but this deli is in desperate need of a good duty manager to organise the work flow - 20 mins waiting for my lunch only to be handed the wrong order - plenty of staff there they just need to coordinate better.

The staff here were pleasant but seemed very stressed out or unorganised. I'm hoping they're doing better today and are more relaxed now! Salad was made perfectly, exactly how I like it. Will always choose Chopped over any other places to pick up a salad!

The filling of my wrap was cold but the wrso was super hot, not well made

The bowls looked nice on the menu but very unfortunately made with little love and looked nothing liked the pictures. Food was okay but not outstanding. Not quite worth it
