Things to know in advance (as of June 2022): - It costs 5 kuna (coins only) to use the bathroom - You will need cash to pay for putting your luggage under the bus (should be 10 kuna). This is not included in your ticket fee. - Luggage storage costs 5 Kuna per item per hour. Cash only. - Snack/quick food place on site - Vending machines on site - Free WiFi is available. WiFi password is: Libertas (with a capital L) - The snack kiosk a few meters away will not change the local currency into Bosnian currency, FYI - Some of the on-site "shops" are not open every day - The waiting area has seats, is indoors, and has air conditioning - There are ATMs on site - There are places to charge your phone/devices for free

Just a normal bus station with post-soviet union type of attitute staff (a bit agressive). There was a really friendly curly hair lady in Info desk. Place lacks wi-fi, more benches and bakery with fresh coffee ;) If you travel with local agency buses, they ask you to pay for luggage (7 kunas for each piece). That info should be provided by ticket desk in advance upon buying tickets actually. These agency buses has no Wifi and charging points. Otherwise, they are comfy. On our way Dubrovnik-Split, there was one ticket chekup by gentleman controler who jumped into the bus somewhere on highway.

Tiny station so it makes super easy to find buses. Small waiting room but free Wi-Fi so that's great :) the only downside here is that to use the bathroom there's a 1 EUR charge. Other than that, all good. Beautiful view as well

Great experience. The city is spectacular. Visiting cities that date back in time is a historical history lesson.

If you need to wait here for a connecting bus please note that there are minimal services, no indoor waiting area and one small cafe only. We had 3 hours to wait for a bus to Budva but ended up walking across the street to a pizza cafe and waiting there. Ticket booth vendor spoke English. Toilets were 60 cents to use . No wifi

Located near the old walled city. Very busy area and a bit hussle bussle. We arrived on our cruise ships shuttle bus but saw plenty of local buses. It's literally 2 minutes from the old town of Dubrovnik giving easy access. Within 5 minutes is a harbour with beautiful views and there are plenty of places to eat and drink.

I have arrived here after a 5 hour bus ride and wanted nothing more than a toilet. Well, it seems like this seemingly easily accessible establishment elsewhere here is not so easy. It works only with 1 euro coins. There's a lady sitting there telling you that it works only with 1 euro but she doesn't have change. Ok, I have asked the two available ticket offices but they weren't helpful at all so best thing to do is to use the coffee machine because that can give you change.

Small but functional busstation. There is enough staff to point you to the right direction, although they might come accross as rude or unwilling to help. They do, however, help you well to get to the correct platform and bus. All buses are equipped with a note of their destinations. There is a store to buy your essentials for your trip (water, food and travel gear). Most people understand and speak English, and it's a safe station.

Right next to the port of Dubrovnik. A coffee shop on site with ATMs, and a little shop. Toilets are €1

When you visit the place in Croatia, Dubrovnik can be one of the best choice to consider. The unique environment and its people that make this beautiful place more great...from the structural beauty of the nature and historical places makes you amazed.
