Stayed 2 nights here. Booked on a third party website for 108€ / 800 kn / 157$CAD. Located within the walls of the old city of Dubrovnik, up 150/200 stones stairs, "makes sure you arrive from the North gate, instead of the Main gate, otherwise good luck to climb & carry your heavy suitcase, like we did especially under the rain". Information that we didn't know and that was not provided before we arrive. Other thing to mention, if you want to stay here, ask for the top rooms, because we were given the room #1, into their mini lobby/front desk were people come in and go and talk loud, not too much intimacy. Our room with no view, was small but clean. Our window, facing the little street, didn't have any curtain on, so we had to cover it. Decoration could be refresh a little bit. The staff guy was blasé just like other people in Dubrovnik. Otherwise, the location into the old city is very charming. Near everything down the stones stairs, restaurants/cafés/bars/laundrymat. Free wifi but slow. Cash only, no credit cards accepted. 3/5 visited in October 2016

Really nice boutique style of hotel in the Old Town of seven rooms between two old houses. Very attentive host who met us and saw to our needs throughout the whole stay. Well appointed room with good space, light, views, and overall quiet minus since minor street nose from time to time as the Old Town is an active place although the location places it far from the busiest areas. To arrive, make sure to take the north gate into the city which might mean walking up the small road around the walls from Pile Gate. There are many, many steps that lead up from Stradun which is normal for this part of town but people with limited mobility will definitely have a difficult time.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The host was super welcoming, the room is great. You could be startled by the stairs you need to take from Stradun( main street) to the apartment but the secret is to get out the old town and go around the walls to the northern entrance (Buža) of the old town. From there it is very easy to get to the place. Important to mention is the very good price for the room, considering everything around is much more expensive.

Perfect location just inside the city walls, clean and cosy with everything you need, we had an amazing view from our room. Ivana is lovely and so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend and 100% will go again. Not suitable for anyone with difficulty walking up steep stairs

We had an amazing experience at this Villa. It's inside the city walls (historic centre) super close to Buza gate on one of the prettiest streets! The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Ivana was a great host who always gave us the best tips.
