I cannot recommend this tour enough. The wine tour was nothing short of fantastic. The monastery was lovely, the wine was delicious and the visit of the local area was both interesting and pleasant. The highlight of the trip, however, was our guide Ivo. Ivo was friendly and charming and struck a perfect balance between chatting and interacting with us as well as leaving us to our own devices. He was a fountain of knowledge regarding the local history as well as recommending sights and activities to do around the entire country and area. If you get the opportunity to visit Dubrovinik, do this tour.

My friend and I had the great pleasure to do the wine & oyster tasting tour with Stjepan who is a very knowledgable and friendly guide. Not only had we the opportunity to get any question answered by him as well as learning a lot about Croatian history and economics, but also experience the best wine tour from two very different vineries that were just amazing and very special in their very different ways while staying authentic. The highlight was the oyster tasting on a boat in the sea with its Croatian owner who shared his detailed wisdom and knowledge about oyster breeding with us. The car we have been driving in all day had AC and was very comfortable. Would do the tour again and can highly recommend - was the highlight of our 4-week trip in Croatia.

I have booked multiple tours with this company, and I will continue to book more. We’re native Californians, who recently settled in Dubrovnik. We’ve been on wine tours in Napa, Tuscany, Greece, France, and just about everywhere else we’ve traveled. Believe me when I tell you that none of them have even come close to the experience provided here. Every tour is thoughtfully planned, with guides who tell you not just about the wineries you’re visiting, but also the areas you’re driving through and that they’ve lived in. (We personally have toured with Ivo, and can’t speak highly enough of him, but the whole team is wonderful) The wine tasting experiences themselves are also world class and carefully curated by the team to ensure the best possible experience. Whether you’re in Dubrovnik for a short time, or a long time, do not hesitate to book one of their tours!

My family - myself, my husband and our two adult 'kids' - had a wonderful time with Ivo visiting the wineries. Ivo was the perfect guide - so full of great information and good cheer! We felt in very safe and competent hands. On the way to the wineries I asked Ivo about the history of Croatia - for the next 30 minutes he gave us an extraordinarily engaging and knowledgeable walk through time. Ooh - and the wines were delicious too! Thanks Ivo. This was a big highlight to our trip to Croatia in summer 2021.

My family had the absolute best experience on the 3 country wine tour! We had Miho as our guide and he was amazing.. some might even say a “legend.” I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our time with him, his kindness, learning about Croatia, his military history and enjoying the amazing wine and food at the vineyards. My family highly recommends this tour and you need to request Miho! We haven’t stopped talking about our amazing experience and Miho made it that much better!! Also, the final destination at the vineyard in Croatia was quite amazing.. we were able to talk to the owner about his stories and history of Croatia including his amazing military career. All the people we encountered at all the vineyards were incredible kind and welcoming! It was an amazing way to learn about the history of the area and hear the stories first hand from all the amazing people! Love, The Carreiro’s

Had a wonderful time - the three of us and Ivo! Ivo was very knowledgable and truly excellent company - one of the best tours, if not the best, I have arranged overseas! Thanks so much - from Jay, Lucy and Corrine!

My friends and I did a private wine tour with Ivo as our guide and driver. It was wonderful! He picked us up right on time from the old town and took us to three great wineries. He was filled with knowledge about the region, history, wine, and local restaurants. Highly recommend. My only request for next time is if they offered water in the car, but we also could have brought our own.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on our wine tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable about Dubrovnik and the wine region and allowed for us to stop and take photos whenever we wanted. The three wineries we stopped by were amazing. The smaller, family wineries were also so incredibly kind and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better way to spend a birthday in Dubrovnik!

We had the most incredible wine tour with Ivo and the Dubrovnik Premium Wine Tours team earlier this week. We were a large group (10 people) and Ivo worked with me over phone, text, and email to arrange some modifications to their "Three Countries / Three Wineries" tour. Ivo was incredibly knowledgeable about both wine and local / regional history and easily answered all of our detailed questions. It was truly a pleasure to get to know Ivo and to learn more about him and his family during our day together. Border crossings were very smooth, wineries were excellent (including overweight bags for all guests when going home!), and we couldn't have asked for a better day. Three cheers to Ivo & the Dubrovnik Premium Wine Tours team!

Three of us did a full-day wine tour with Dubrovnik Premium Wine Tours in late March 2022 with Ivo. He was fantastic - not only did he educate us about Croatian wine, but he was a font of knowledge about everything Croatian - history, economics, and culture. His English was excellent, and he explained things very well. We made a short stop at Ston (amazing walled village), then visited 3 wineries. The presentation at each winery was excellent - professional, knowledgeable, and personable - we had a lot of fun at each one. Learned a lot about plavac mali wines! Highly recommended!

After decade of organizing different cultural, historical, food and wine tours we decided to focus on our passion - the wine. All the vineries visited on our tours in Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro are carefully selected over years of research and their owners, over time, became our good friends. Make a space in your calendar to visit our beautiful region and get immersed into its great history, culture, food and of course - wine!

We went as 7 guys traveling all over Europe and I can’t stress how amazing our tour guide, Evo, was!!! He taught us so much about the country and the history, I highly recommend asking for him. We tried to book another tour with him specifically but he was booked and if you have the chance to ask for him, you will not be let down. I never write reviews, this was worth it.

We had an amazing half day wine tour near Dubrovnik! Ivo is an incredible guide. He explained various aspects of Croatia’s culture and history while he brought around us to several wineries with excellent whites and reds. He even lent us a basketball to play at the court in the walled city.

Great way to try local wines and meet their producers. Also interesting to see the different vine yards on the peninsula.
