Repeatedly kicked me off an online order i was trying to make. So then, when I went to call they had phones disabled 20 minutes before closing time! so since I was already out and about hoping to pick up pizza I drove there and they also unfortunately they also had doors lock the door 15mins to closing time. I feel like I just spent the last 45 minutes wasting my time trying to place an order omline when I wish I would have just called.

Ordered three pizzas got one delivered the guy said he would bring the other one back. Called the store claim they had no idea. I’ve been on hold the last hour, this is ridiculous!!! It’s sad. The service has went downhill the last year.

Few employees, typically bad service, ordering isn't straight forward, overpriced for what you get, actually fairly good food, although sometimes it can be cold. PS. They don't tell you that the 'extra most bestest" cost more depending on what toppings you choose. They are not the same price, remember that. And they constantly screw up orders. Also I think that they skimp on toppings compared to other places. Good thing though is their wait time is pretty low, and are open till late-ish. Good if no where else is open near there, or if you're looking for the cheapest option. The food isn't bad, at least not normally, and they can be good too. But it's the kind of pizza that where you get to the crust it becomes a job to eat the crust. Not my thing, but it's a good place for when I wana eat out and am in a pinch. Otherwise I suggest Pizza Hut near the locust street area. Use Google maps to find it if you don't already know where that is.

Put your phone on the hook, get some new management or close the doors. This place is absolute garbage and it’s ran by 12 year olds. It is nearly 7:00pm on a Friday night. I’ve called over 20 times to receive nothing but a busy signal. If I goto the store and get refused service one more time because the toddlers you have running YOUR establishment refuse to work and want to close early I’m tearing the lobby up. Point blank period, absolute nonsense to whoever owns this franchise to allow this level of unprofessionalism. Makes me sick. I don’t have a card to use to order online, if y’all are allowing the children you place “in charge” to destroy your profit margin like this you deserve to be closed down.

Back in April I purchased a large Oder the pizza looked and tasted like it was cooked the night before and left out. The breadsticks were hard and no seasoning. I called multiple times no answer. Over the next 2 weeks o called and emailed several times and still have had no response! I will not be going back unless they reimburse or replace the order because almost all of it got thrown out and party guests were very disappointed. Lot Minds well have thrown my money in the garbage

The pizza was bad and I got a three meat and buffalo wings. The wings were extremely SMALL and I believe that counted the toppings because there were very few toppings. For what I paid I expect more , will NEVER go there again.

Bryce and his crew sure do know how to service customers. Tasty pies with a Smile! Wow! Absolutely Outstanding!

Good pizza for the price of course, but I am not surprised with customer service. I have ordered sometimes 20mins ahead (even though it supposed to be hot and ready) and my pizzas have not even touched a oven yet. There is a lot of young staff who don’t care about their job and most of the time cussing very loudly in the back and playing vulgar music. This place used to be good but it’s definitely not as good at all anymore.
