The dental hygentist and dentist were great. I was a patient for about 6 years, suddenly the day before my teeth cleaning I received a letter saying I had to re-schedule my appointment. I called 3 times no one ever answered and they never returned my messages. After 6 weeks I figured I was not welcome. I got a new dentist but Crescent is in my opinion extremely unprofessional.

they can never answer & I’ll be the “first caller” & still wait for hours. Can never get in to see the dentist. My teeth are starting to decay so much for community health. such a joke. only place that takes my insurance now & they are an absolute joke

Haven't stepped in the door yet and was disappointed. I called and left a message on a early Wednesday morning, I work so check my phone at noon they haven't returned my phone call. Checked at 2:30 no returned call, called again at 5:40 they returned my call. They asked what I needed, and told me 2 stay by my phone for when they return my call which which they never did. I said I work and can't b on the phone. We'll now there schedule is full and call back next week. Really I left 3 messages with no return call.

I love going there for medical needs. However I'm having a hard time getting a dentist appointment. I've been given a number to call but no success.

I wish I could give zero stars they don’t deserve one!!!! One of the nurses Sarah to be exact had me on hold for 15 minutes I had to hang up because I was in class, this nurse called five times back to back and not once did she leave a message saying that she scheduled me an appointment without even confirming with me that date and time worked for me! Then Dr. Livermore’s nurse Katie promised to call when the flu shots came in and never did!!! This is the worst place for care I transferred care to medical associates. Oh even the dental department is horrible they don’t know how to handle children!!!!!

This may or may not be their fault but this is where it started for me. Poverty level and retired, very fixed income, showed up for appointment to be told I would be charged $30 for the visit, further that if I had any "services" I would be required to pay up to 25% of the bill...so a very mild heart attack at $50,000 I'd be on the hook for$12,500.00! Getting a death sentence from a system I paid into all my life. Pathetic.

Worst place for dental care,had an appointment at the beginning of the year,dentist wanted to talk to me so I called and called with no answer ever,went there and the dentist was always busy and they said they'd call me when the dentist had time, apparently the dentist never has time bc here it is 8 months later and still can't talk to the dentist,I have called about 50 times and stopped by the office 5 times always the same dentist busy and never answer the phone,most of my teeth are broken with exposed nerves lots of pain but they don't care,worst place ever,0 stars

Everytime I call I have to wait no matter what never gets straight in these people trash I should have never started with this place is be better off and my health would be better they destroy people that's what there trying to do I'd find a different place immediately
