They have a great brand of kratom, it's become my favorite now, but I feel way over charged. I purchased one time here assuming I paid fairly but once I got home I looked up the company that makes the kratom, and found that you can buy the exact same kratom powder product straight from the company for nearly HALF the price you pay here. That's just crazy to me. The kratom company itself suggests retail prices that are nearly half or significantly less what this place charges. I'd understand fair retail prices as this place would want to make a profit but, when you pay $120 here for a product when its suggested retail price is $74 and you could just buy it straight from the company for $60, I think it's a bit overkill. If you like the OPMS brand kratom but want to pay much less I'd tell you to buy it straight from the company itself.

Frequent kratom shopper... I'm always treated like a friend and not just a "regular." When I expressed how I prefer to shop local but didn't always agree with their prices, they locked me in at a great discount, and continue to give me random discounts...such as, one day I walked in and I was unable to afford my usual purchase, I only had $20 and some change to work with. So without giving it a second thought, the employee sold it to me at 2/3 the usual cost! Anyone who complains about being treated like a kid because they don't want certain discussions taking place in their store, grow up and understand that there is such a thing as liability, and public image ... If you want to talk about illegal activity, take it to a safer environment.

I drove two hours to buy some kratom. The guy working behind the counter was very knowledgeable and professional. It seems nowadays employees everywhere have a hard time with eye contact while answering questions. This guy answered all my questions and was great. The prices are a little high on the kratom but it comes from a good source. If they have sales every so often it would average out. I will definitely be back again. Thad

I was helped by a man would I believe the name let's start with a G he was very young but we had a long a very informative talk about various pieces and products that they carried. I was very impressed with his knowledge his demeanor and all around professionalism. I cannot believe his age he is definitely someone I'd seekout if he's working. He definitely was a lot of help

I absolutely love this shop!! Always, always, always friendly and willing to help you find just what you are looking for. They will go over prices and suggestions even on products you're not buying. The customer service here is great and they try to always give you a discount and in today's economy that's a big plus!! P.s. Santa Cruz Shredder is soooooo amazing!

Prices are high and the red kratom tastes really bad. I mean it's not supposed to taste good but at least the green colored kratom,(not what it's named, the actual color of the kratom) the green colored kratom tastes better but all the opms are red even if it says it's white or green it's red. It's caused by drying it too long and it getting stale.

Great price very knowledgeable staff when I was in there and actually cared about what I wanted and was asking for. Really can’t wait to come back for a next time and more.
