I volunteer at the Salvation army trading shop. Great place to come and have a look for a bargain and presents. Or if you just want to drop off any donations you don't have to book, the only things we don't do is electrical , duvet(insides) and books( only small amount). The Rye Market is a lovely place to come for bargains place for coffee or tea. The benches are back so you can sit and catch up with people who you haven't seen in awhile. Or just sit and people watch. You can always fine something to do in the Rye Market just come and have a look.

Amazing mall with loads of bargains, unfortunately, at the moment many outlets are closed due to the unprecedented times that we are suffering at the moment. However, don't let that put you off as many shops are also open as normal. I personally have found it difficult to interpret what is 'essential' or 'non essential' at the moment because everyone's needs differ. Nevertheless, that is the law, I'm hoping that it will all be 'business as usual' soon in the Ryemarket because it is a very good local mall.

There are not many shops mainly just Tesco and a library. There is a massive free underground car park.

Nice clean shopping centre . The only down is the entrance and exit to the multi storey car park, which is way too narrow for modern cars.

It's a place I've always loved. The rest of Stourbridge is looking so rough, compared to the town I grew up in. 😔

Unfortunately only 1 lift was working it's been like this for months. I'm disabled and the queue for the lift was horrendous. We ended up leaving and shopping elsewhere

I got racially profiled by two overweight older white men working security. Was at the gym and then went into a chairty shop to look at their books. Had a lovely conversation with the guy at the till about music and purchased a book. These two guys were staring into the shop from outside at me during this and the moment I walked out of the shop they walked away since nothing happened to what they was imagining. I'm assuming because I'm brown and was wearing a tracksuit set (gym), they racially stereotyped me as a thug. Besides the gym, I will be avoiding the rye market, last thing I need is this nonsense while i do shopping.

The shops were ok and the main areas were clean , but the toilets stunk and very dirty. cleaner was sweeping a clean floor in mall maybe should concentrate on where is actually dirty

Great selection of plants etc plus clothes good cafe. A lot of updating going on but this should not deter a visit and when completed will look great.

Had my eyebrows threaded for the first time at the weekend. Not sore, but it makes your eyes water when they get to the corners! You have to help them by stretching your skin so they can get all the hairs. I had a few tiny ones left, but not noticeable. There is no appointment system for this, as far as I could tell. Quite a few of us just sat and waited. They do require appointments for doing nails, and they do take a deposit (most places do, due to people not turning up). When I was there, the card machine wasn't working, so maybe best to take the cash with you - although there is a cash machine a couple of doors up, if needed. Would visit again. I have included a price list (correct as of 29.07.23), as there doesn't seem to be one on their Facebook site.

The lift down to the Ryemarket was disgusting ...rubbish and spilt drink on the floor....problem is I visited 2 days prior to this and all this was on the floor then! Centre's OK but only Fair Square, Waitrose and Fair Square, Jewellers and Boots with any quality all the rest are cheap bargain shops. Kids riding through on bikes, no security stopping them. Just looks tired now ...needs a revamp and some better shops.

Not really impressed with Stourbridge Town center as a whole there's not much apart from cafes and bars there's not really a good selection of shops. Unfortunately you have to go to merry Hill for shopping as there are no shoe shops or clothes shops really. Shame its gone down hill in recent years it used to be so nice !

A good selection of stores. Under cover. From Waitrose to home bargains plus the Coventry building society. Then there's a coffee shop in the middle. Plus a works Poundland Barrett and Holland etc. Clean, car park ok. This little centre is good for a couple of hours of shopping.

This centre is in the middle of Stourbridge Town. There are a variety of shops, plus large coffee shop, toilets are clean and well kept. Stourbridge is one of the nicest of our local towns. Parking in high St available for limited time also parking at Tesco juat a few minutes walk away.

  • 2/5 Tricia C. 2 years ago on Google
A lot cleaner than it was, but still no rubbish bins, and more a bargain basement than a variety of good shop's. Apart from toilets it really has little to offer.

  • 4/5 Caroline J. 2 years ago on Google
Lots of shops to see and it even has a shop that sells everything without plastic! I bought a bar of shampoo that smells heavenly. They even have a couple of gluten free options. You can take your own jars in an fill them up. A great idea if you want to reduce your carbon footprint.

Dire shopping experience here. I used to live in Stourbridge in the 70s and it was lovely. Can't think why I need to ever go back there to do any shopping. All down to greedy government business rates that prohibit shop owners from making a proper living. The same countrywide, sadly.

Home to EcoManiax. That alone gives it 5 stars. But wait, there’s a Waitrose with an excellent range of British sourced foods.

Shops are great if your looking for great value. Home bargains is great and body care, you can get all what you need at great value. I just wish it was nearer to where I live

Local shopping centre, most units are occupied, sorry to see Poundland leave similar goods can be found in maxi saver and home bargains. Car park has been better days and toilet don't smell the freshest.

  • 3/5 Donna E. 1 year ago on Google
Please bring the car park inline with 2022 and 2 years of cashless payment. Used the car park today and didn't have enough cash, no card options available. Downloaded to use the badly rated swift app to pay, this was equally awful and didn't connect to allow me to pay so had to rush off the carpark. Please come inline with other carparks.

  • 4/5 Penny H. 1 year ago on Google
Nice shopping centre. Car park and stairwell are appalling and need refurbishment. Let down by parking and toilets.

  • 4/5 Nik Z. 1 year ago on Google
A nice place to shop, only let down by the lifts in the car park regularly breaking down. As there's no other easy way out of the car park in a wheelchair it can be a pain.

What a great, safe and clean centre to visit. The staff are friendly and the centre feels welcoming. The shops are well worth the visit, great value for money and excellent quality. I love Stourbridge and the people and highly recommend a visit to the Rye market shopping centre.
