Purchased a Bulova watch costing less than £150 earlier today from Beaverbrooks Merry Hill. Could not have had better service and attention from the lady if the watch had been £1000 +. Good to see that Covid precautions were still in place. A great experience I would thoroughly recommend this store to everyone.

This store has had quite a major make over quite recently. We went ìn to purchase a bracelet for a Christmas gift for friend and there was a tremendous range to choose from and the staff were so helpful, friendly and courteous. The bracelet was put in a beautiful presentation box and Beaverbrooks bags. Can highly recommend a visit here for your jewellery purchases.

Went in to query about stock of a particular watch. They simply said no and didn't seem at all interested in taking any of my details to try to source one and make a sale. Doesn't seem a big deal however the item in question was very expensive, missed sale!

Visited the Merry Hill store to buy a birthday present for my daughter. I was greeted and asked what type of gift I was looking for. Then I was shown to a lovely seating area and offered a drink. I was introduced to Karen who, after listening to my daughter's preferences, brought over a tray containing a lovely selection of gifts to choose from. I have to say that I have never experienced such a wonderful and friendly service before. Nothing was too much trouble. Karen is an amazing asset to this store and I will definitely ask for her to serve me again on my future visits to this store. Thank you for the 5 star treatment

A few years ago I purchased an Omega from Beaverbrooks. I decided to buy another Omega watch about 4 weeks ago. Usual thing ....go into the shop and look (nice service from the assistants). In these times you have to negotiate but was told flat outright "no" . I was disappointed with this given that i had a discount previously but i wanted the watch so purchased it (was given some waffle that Omega wouldn't allow it). Anyway, my brother goes into the store 3 weeks ago and purchases the exact same watch (difference colour face) and gets a discount !!! How does that work ??? He only asked just like I had asked !!!. What a complete shower of a company .... so they have now sold 3 Omega watches to us as a family BUT no more !!... Beaverbrooks were my go to retailer but certainly not anymore and never again will I purchase anything from them again (I was going to purchase 2 more Omegas for my sons in the future). I rang another large retailer who didn't specifically give a figure but said they were happy to discuss the potential of some manoeuvring on price Nice company to deal with but will never have my business again !

Adam served us today and helped us find the perfect watch for my husband! He was an absolute gem and had such amazing customer service!!! Definitely and credit to the store x

Just recently popped into beaverbrooks merry hill branch, for a last minute gift for a 60th birthday. Was served by Adam! Absolute credit to the store, nothing was too much for him! Found the perfect gift and felt so welcomed by him. From the first introduction to leaving the store he was so polite and helpful. Thankyou again Adam! :)

Absolutely amazing experience with the Merry Hill Beaverbrooks this evening! We had been searching around for a watch for my partners birthday with no luck and a lot of unhelpful people from jewellers I won’t name. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and passed over to a lovely lady who listened to us exempting to explain what we were looking for. She then brought us out perfect examples to which we left spending a little over budget but couldn’t be happier! Absolutely amazing customer service from all employees but extra special shout out to the consultant, she is an asset.

Always excellent customer service when we visit this store. We chose Beaverbrooks as we wanted to look at a particular watch for my husbands special birthday. They managed to source one for us and we had to wait a few weeks for it to come in, they kept us updated and informed when it was available to look at. All staff we encountered were friendly and we were grateful of their opinion and knowledge. Came away with a lovely watch and will go back again in the future.

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone at Beaverbrooks Merry Hill, I recently did a spur of the moment proposal and needed a ring. Put it this way Beverbrooks was the first place I went and also the last, I was greeted by Laura initially who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I had a good idea what I was looking for and I sat down with Jennie who showed me a lovely selection of rings, she enquired on my budget etc but it was an absolutely no pressure transaction and as soon as I saw the right one the deal was done. I found this buying experience one of the best I’ve had and would 100% recommend this store, all of the staff are friendly and welcoming and the selection of jewellery on offer is amazing! (Plus we had to re-order the ring due to sizing and that arrived early even on a bank holiday week).
