    I would put no stars if it would allow me too! Had an appointment with corbett hospital only to be told that the appointment had been cancelled and that the waterfront surgery should have told me - did they, NO THEY DID NOT!! gone with Bupa at least they know what they are doing!!!!!!

    Absolutely rubbish can't get to see doctor.. Reception girls got bad attitude..instead of the see doctor they said they call you but nobody car to call you back.. Avoid this place..

    They failed to book me in for a telephone consultation because they couldn't find my NHS number. Quite pathetic.

    Just been reading some of the comments about this surgery and I swapped over from another one which was hell, but I've had no worries with it here. I think the ladies on reception are really well mannered and pleasant. I am very happy to be with this surgery now.

    My daughter rang me in tears this morning as she desperately needs a doctors appointment. She moved from her last doctor to come here and this surgery seems just as bad. She has been trying to get an appointment for 3 days. She starts ringing at 0755h and keeps ringing until she gets through, only to be told that there are no appointments left and to try again the following day. My daughter is 22 years old and is in constant pain 😢. I just hope that she manages to get an appointment tomorrow as she also suffers with her mental health and not being able to see a doctor is affecting her.

    Been struggling with mental health for a while... they don't care whats wrong with you, tbey will just throw zombie meds at you and send you away. AVOID

    It's the reception staff that let this surgery down, most of them have real unprofessional attitudes. Especially the one who sits at the back and rolls her eyes huffing and puffing because she has to get off her lazy backside to talk to a patient who doesn't want to shout across the room. And Pat is very rude she needs sacking. You have one staff member tell you one thing and another tells you different because all they do is fob people off. None of them have a clue on what they're doing, wouldn't trust them to run a bath.

    Took me 2 weeks to get an appointment with the midwife but then got cancelled & rebooked 9 days later via automated sms. Then a few hours later get a voice message stating that appointment has been cancelled and rebooked again!! I lost a whole days work and now have to leave work again to attend this appointment!? Living costs are mad high already and this does not help. I asked the woman on the phone to arrange for a more convenient time and she just went on a mad one, totally unprofessional on her part. If you dont like your job, just leave, otherwise just get on with it!

    Absolute joke of a doctors! The doctor will happily prescribe you what you need but then will take days to actually send it to the pharmacy, even after saying you will need to start the medication ASAP. The fact it can take 4hours or a few days to send it is absolutely shocking. This is not the first time this has happened and I’m not hanging around for it to happen again.

    I am absolutely delighted with the excellent service and treatment I recently received from Waterfront Surgery. Efficient receptionist, excellent doctor who listened, had a face to face consultation with me and followed it through with a phone consultation. I was even signposted to a physiotherapist who is part of the team. Previous to this I had no trouble with appointments for Covid Vaccinations and was called in for a blood pressure check. Thank you all.

    I have to say visited twice in the last two weeks once with my daughter and grandchild & once for myself, time was plentiful & they couldn’t do enough for us! I think this surgery is on the way up, they have recruited new staff & it seems a breath of fresh air for a change!

    Called in practice today regarding my 87yr old Dad's possible leg infection /ulcer.Said would get doctor to ring me.After 3 phone calls to practice still no call back even sent pics of leg infection

    Absolutely amazing! Called at 1305 for my mom who was in bed poorly with a chest infection, she is never ill! The doctor called back at 1415 and I had collected the prescription from the nominates pharmacy by 1445. First dose by 3pm! Such a great service!

    They have an online system now that doesn't allow you to book any appointments and when you try calling for an appointment they put you on hold and then hang up. Appalling. No appointments either way.

    Hi ! I am really disappointed with the way the doctor works here. today i have an appointment at 2:42 but when i got to the front desk it was 2:49. I was waiting for the receptionist to talk about my appointment. 2:54 the young girl at the front desk met me. I said I have an appointment at 2:42 today and she said she had to ask the doctor again because I was late. and i waited until 3:10 the girl at the front desk called me and said the doctor couldn't see me today. I'm really shocked and disappointed because just because I was 5 minutes late to find a parking space, the doctor canceled my appointment and made me wait for more than 20 minutes to receive the answer, see me Or not? I think it's not fair to me and many other patients… I wonder if I'm 5 minutes late for the doctor not seeing me when I have to wait 2 weeks for my appointment. I'm just an ordinary citizen, I'm not a well-educated doctor like you, but I think you guys are really too much for me. Why if I'm late and can't see me, why don't you answer me as soon as I come in, your time is so precious, what is our time?

    Absolutely useless ive had many appointments and my sons and whatever the consultant prescribeds they are never sign of by the doctor on time and I can never get what I need I had to physically go into the surgery and have a go at them and demand im not leaving untill my son's prescription was handed to me directly as my son's rash was just getting worse and it had been 3 days of hearing the doctor will soon send ur prescription through the pharmacy after dealing with that I had medication for me that was supposed to be sent over to the pharmacy on the friday and was told not to worry as I will receive the medication on friday and again nothing instead I had to wait throughout the whole weekend to again nag them on the monday for my medication which all I keep hearing is the doctor will attend to it as soon as he can
