Staff try to spread people about as best as possible to maintain social distancing. 5 / 6 selections of pizza, plenty of variety of salads.

Visited on Tuesday lunchtime. The young lady serving us was great. Warned us it was card only before she seated us, which wasn't an issue for me. Asked if I was going to use a certain well known discount code before I bought it up myself. Online order system was a bit pointless as the code wasn't working but she helped out and put it through. Food was good, just your standard pizza hut food. Salad bar was well stocked. No complaints about the food or service at all, but just not a fan of how close together some of the booths and tables are. Would definitely come back though

Excellent food service and good location with great staff. Castle Gate is our preferred pizza hut. We've been coming here since my boys were little. They are 19 and the twins are 15 now. Always enjoy our visits thank you

Been there family lunch nice and cozy atmosphere. A little bit pricey for buffet but food was amazing unlimited drinks and salad. Lot of varriety at salad bar and a little ice cream factory on the side. Overall nice experience

Pretty decent food, been here twice in a week and twice I enjoyed the food. I’ve been to some shabby places in my time and this is far from shabby, only down side is the store was mega busy and they only had 2 waitress serving which isn’t brilliant and the time to order and pay was longer than I personally feel it should have been. Good enough though and fairly priced

Pizza Hut pizzas are pretty bloody terrible aren’t they, they taste like cheap oven pizzas but cost about £15 a pizza even with deals. The staff were absolutely run off their feet and looked understaffed so took a while to get to me. Parking here is an absolute nightmare too, chaos everywhere!!

Friendly, welcoming service and a short wait for lovely food! Clean toilet facilities, great salad bar and option to take leftover food to go.

Collection,dine in and delivery are always 100%. Their pizzas are fresh and fluffy, not greasy and worth every penny. I have been to other pizza huts in Birmingham and have been disappointed, but the pizzas here are great! I couldn't fault my order.

I feel like the food is quite expensive and a little disappointing. Love the salad bar though.

Ordered 4 large pizzas, opened the corner of boxes just to make sure correct pizzas. Got home and none of the pizzas were actually cooked, the cheese wasn't even fully melted and bases white and doughy. The spicy pizza wasn't spicy and the fries were hardly cooked. Rang Pizza hut they said I should have checked pizzas fully. Didn't think I needed to check to see if a pizza was cooked as its the only thing they make. No one ate the pizza. Definitely won't be going back and a waste of £50+

It's been a while since we've been to this pizza hut. It was a nice experience, and the food was really nice. Salad bar was well stocked with fresh salad. Would recomend and there's free parking which is a bonus.

Lovely pizza and salad. Service has changed so that it is more like a fast food outlet. You use QR code to order. I didn't mind using the QR code however it does ask for you to tip as part of the payment. I tip for service and at the end of our meal of £44 I left a £5 tip.

We did the all you can eat lunch buffet, where you are pretty much shown to your table then you serve yourself. Everything is ordered and paid for online then you grab a bowl and a plate and help yourself. The food was lovely and there were loads of pizzas.

Food was lovely…ordering well… it was tricky to navigate the menu add extras, checking which would be the best deal, it would be easier if you didn’t have to navigate an app to order from a menu that’s on the table, finding the food you’re looking for can take time! Also give the coffee a miss, tasted like warm milk.

We had a slight problem with our food order staff rectified it straight away so food was perfectly cooked to order place clean staff are lovely thank you definitely use again

Such bad experience with this Pizza Hut. I ordered through Uber eats and the arrived with a completely different order. I have driven down to the restaurant as I'm absolutely outraged and demanded to find my order, to which they have not found and basically cannot do anything about. Had to pay for another meal as I am pregnant and extremely hungry. Worst place to order pizza from.

Ordering is done via a website link on the table. We struggled with this so a waitress kindly took our order. The mains and sides were served quite quickly. There was a longer wait for dessert, we had cinema tickets booked so couldn't wait any longer, this was deducted from the overall price. It was a nice meal and very good service over all. We shall definitely go back at some point.

Food was mediocre. I've had better pizza hut takeaways. Still have to order via the app due to covid which is a pain! Didn't enjoy the experience

I came here to experience the buffet and it was ok, if you're expecting an amazing Italian pizza then don't go for the buffet but if you want a good pizza and as much as you can eat then you've come to the right place. It was very clean and everything was simple and done right. Service was good and I have no complaints.

First time u had pizza hut in about 10 years. Didn't know what to expect but Michael made my visit! He is one of the main reasons that I will be returning. Honestly was some of the best customer service I've ever received. The pizza was good aswell 😅

Turned up without a booking, 5 adults. Seated and served very quickly. Plenty of help available for on line ordering. Clean tables, helpful cheerful staff. Well stocked salad bar. Everything was well cooked and tasty.

Large, modern and spacious restaurant with plenty of parking. We were seated immediately on a weekend without having to book. Staff were thoughtful and helpful. Menu had a good range including vegan options. Only minor negative was that all the fizzy bottomless drinks seemed watered down and didn't taste right.

I did not like this branch though I have a great loyalty for pizzahut. First many items were missing such as the ice cream factory, cheese triangle, besides the salad station missed many initial item. second it takes long time to get the order especially the dessert. The staff though we're nice and it seems they were understaffed on the day i visited.

Air conditioning on full so take a jacket /coat you will feel the breeze. Not a place to eat in comfort. Pizza nice tho.

Lovely food and everything was clean and fresh. Unfortunately a few items off the menu but didn't make a dent in our evening. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Visit here quite often. Staff are brilliant always go the extra mile, last served by Katie and she was fab. Food is always spot on, hot And tastes great.

Amazing food and the staff extremely professional. Placed a wrong order and they still sorted it at no cost. Amazing service and very fast delivery. I do recommend.
