I don't understand all the bad reviews here. The fact that (especially) psychiatric practices are so overloaded is not due to Dr Lowitsch, but rather due to our wonderful health system: anyone who wants to change something should look at the party programs and let the ballot paper decide on them. Now to the doc: Mr. Lowitsch and the team are doing their best to help everyone and support them at short notice. Of course, waiting times have to be taken into account, but prescriptions can be requested in advance and therefore picked up more quickly - there is also a professional consultation hour. I feel in good hands here both personally and medically and would like to thank the team for their great commitment!

Seit Dr. Lowitsch die Praxis übernommen hat erreichbarkeit am Telefon 0 macht bei Psychisch Kranken Menschen besonders Spass. Ich verzweifel daran dort jemand ans Telefon zu bekommen egal wann man anruft es gelingt nicht. Und das seit Monaten ! Nicht jeder hat einen kurzen Anfahrtweg um das vor Ort zu klären. Wenn das nicht wäre alles TOP aber so fühlt man sich oft im Stich gelassen !

Bisher war ich sehr zufrieden. Leider musste ich bereits zum zweiten Mal feststellen, dass spezielle Mitarbeiterinnen eine nicht verantwortbaren Umgang pflegten. Das erste Mal wurde mir fast ein Termin mit der Assistenzärztin verweigert, das nächste Mal wollte man mir mein Rezept nicht ausstellen. Eine Beschwerde an Herrn Dr. Lowitsch ist auf dem Weg.

In practice, I find a place where open acceptance awaits me. I feel in good hands. I always find Mr. Lowitsch friendly and competent. When I need guidance to manage symptoms, I receive it. If I want to understand “my” illness better in order to experience resilience for the moment, I receive advice and support. The practice team somehow and very well manages to manage and harmoniously manage the chaos of normal everyday life with the many fellow patients. Mr. Lowitsch knows my darkest sides and through his access to it he helps me a lot. My thanks go to the entire practice community.

I find Mr. Doctor and the NEW TEAM very empathetic, competent and, above all, friendly. With the old team, you couldn't exactly say that about all employees. I recently had my 10th anniversary and I am very proud of what I have achieved with the help of the doctor. Of course, being available by phone is a problem, but if I'm feeling really bad and need medication, then I just show up in front of the practice at 7:30 a.m. and wait. Good doctors have a lot to do and I hope he continues to practice for a long time.

Die Praxis ist nie erreichbar, versprochene Rückrufe werden nicht getätigt. Versuche seit 3 Wochen ein Medikament für meine Großmutter zu reduzieren, keine Chance. Wir sind total verzweifelt. Arzt behauptet Hausbesuche im Heim gemacht zu haben und war nie dort… Einfach nur traurig mit wie wenig Respekt die Patienten behandelt werden

A doctor with heart and understanding. I can recommend Dr Lowitsch 100%. He has always helped me and he always takes a lot of time for his patients, no matter how crowded it is in the waiting room, he always remains level-headed and I'm happy to wait an hour for that.

Attention: stop recording! As of October 2023: I was at the open consultation hours this morning and unfortunately had to leave straight away because the practice is currently not accepting any new patients. It was really stupid that this information couldn't be found on the internet and I waited in vain. However, I was given a contact for another practice and the practice team seemed nice.

Dr. Lowitsch ist ein guter und einfühlsamer Psychiater. Kompetent und sympathisch. Das Praxisteam ist seit Jahren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann ihn jederzeit weiterempfehlen. 👍 Die Wartezeiten sind jedoch sehr lang.

I have been seeing Dr. for over 2 years. Lowitsch. A very competent doctor. Always takes his time and explains things clearly. No matter how busy the practice is, he always exudes calm. You never get the feeling that you are just being handled. I'm happy to accept longer waiting times for this doctor. The entire team is always polite and friendly. Ich wollte heute in die (einzige) Nachmittagssprechstunde, die die Praxis anbietet, da ich vormittags arbeite. Ich habe vorher versucht anzurufen, eine E-Mail geschrieben und auf der Homepage nachgesehen, ob die Praxis heute wirklich geöffnet hat, da ich hier schon mehrfach vor unerwartet verschlossenen Türen stand. Per Telefon kam ich nicht durch, auf meine E-Mail antwortete niemand und der letzte aktuelle Eintrag von der Homepage liegt mindestens ein Jahr zurück. Es ist unfassbar, wie oft das schon in der Vergangenheit passiert ist. Gerade stehen mehrere Leute (davon eine Person mit Termin) vor der Praxis und wussten ebenfalls von nichts. Das kann vielleicht einmal vorkommen aber nicht öfters und falls doch, kann man die Homepage für die Informationsweitergabe nutzen so wie alle anderen Praxen auch. Und das vor allem, wenn der Praxis bekannt ist, dass die telefonische Erreichbarkeit schlichtweg nicht gegeben ist. Ich habe eine längere Anfahrt und finde es unglaublich, wie unorganisiert diese Praxis ist. Ich brauche ein Rezept, werde mir dann kurzfristig einen Urlaubstag nehmen müssen und nochmal die 3/4-Stunde Fahrtweg pro Strecke in Kauf nehmen müssen - in der Hoffnung, dass die Praxis diesmal während der normalen Sprechzeiten geöffnet hat. Wären nicht alle anderen Ärzte so überlaufen, würde ich SOFORT wechseln. So geht man nicht mit Patienten um!

Diagnose ohne prof. Testung. Und das bei angebl. Diagnose,die weitreichende Folgen nach sich ziehen könnte. Daher 'Therapie'-, Behandlungsabbruch und begeben in vertrauenserweckendere Hände. Und nebenbei: telefonisch nicht erreichbar scheint mittlerweile gang und gäbe zu sein, ist aber trotzdem mies. Und früher dieses Patienten auf der Straße warten lassen, damit auch Jede-,r auf der Rü mitbekommt, dass ein Psychiater aufgesucht wird. Nee. Lass mal.

I have been a patient of Dr. for years. Lowitsch and I don't want to miss him in my life. He helped me a lot and was always at my side. Always has an open ear, even when the practice is completely full. Compliments also to the receptionist, always a smile on her face despite a lot of stress. Very hardworking and helpful. That makes you feel guilty. The only point of criticism is the availability by telephone. Unfortunately, you have to go to the practice for every little thing and that can be problematic for people with mental illnesses.

20 minutes before arriving at the practice my appointment (waiting 2.5 months) was canceled, so your phone answered, when I arrived at the practice a new appointment was made (3 months later) my soul is burning but it doesn't matter. Everyone else got their appointment, except me! All comments from the practice are not plausible. I don't know what to do now because it's impossible to change the practice. I've been trying for 1.5 years. I'll keep doing this until my soul breaks

Simply great! Empathy and friendliness are very important and practiced here! Uncomplicated processes and communication throughout are absolutely exemplary! Criticism is generally sought and found everywhere. However, I don't think this is necessarily appropriate here. The patience of the MFA's is priceless when the volume is always high!!!
