I visited Prof. Dr. Christian Berg in August, I had a follow up appointment today with him, which I booked 3 months before via Doctlib. Since I would travel from Düsseldorf, I checked in with the office and I learned that, my appointment no longer exists and Dr. Berg now only covers patients with privat insurance and I should book with one of the other Doctors. Such a disappointment!

The practice itself is very clean, well organized and structured👍🏻 Booked an appointment online and received a relatively prompt appointment (with referral)👍🏻 When you arrive, you have to fill out the questionnaire (on an iPad)... The waiting time to get to the doctor was short . The employees are always courteous, open-minded, competent and helpful!👍🏻 We were with Prof. Dr. Berg received treatment and were always given good advice. It wasn't a quick process because he really took his time with us and explained the questions we asked in detail... Although we are still waiting for his report, Prof. Dr. Berg that this will be made in 3-4 weeks. ... apart from the waiting report that ensures the results of the investigations, there are no negative points! The practice can be reached by elevator or stairs... Since the elevator is very small and narrow, it becomes critical for wheelchair users! Admission of those with health insurance and private insurance👍🏻

I can't confirm the negative reviews here. I made an appointment using the Doctolib app. The waiting time in the practice was short and the examination and questioning by Dr. Cadar in detail. Then blood was taken and after less than 2 weeks I received the results and the doctor's letter in the mail. Everyone in the practice was very friendly. Clear recommendation! :)

Nice practice, good appointment organization, no medical history, uninterested doctor, impersonal procedure, succinct doctor's letter to be forwarded. I was unable to recognize/experience the high standards described on the website.

I have already been to the practice in person and had a very nice overall impression of my appointment. For my phone call today I would especially like to give the practice 5 stars. Today I made the mistake of googling my blood test results a bit out of curiosity. The end result was that I completely panicked and contacted the practice. I was welcomed very well on the phone and when they noticed that I wasn't feeling well, I was transferred to another colleague who took a lot of time to talk to me. I think that wasn't a given, which is why I wanted to leave another positive review.

Basically I am very satisfied. Dr. Berg seems very competent to me, takes concerns seriously and answers questions patiently. However, I would like one small thing: If you have an appointment but the doctor won't be in the practice until half an hour later, it would be nice to only get an appointment then so that you don't have to spend an unnecessary amount of time in the waiting room and can attend follow-up appointments at other locations. The friendly medical assistants should not go unmentioned. Thank you!

Today I was in this practice for the second time as an endocrinology patient! I'm happy to give it a full 5 stars! The scheduling is great! Very good telephone availability and communication via fax Parking lots available. The process in practice is organized flawlessly and quickly. The employees are very friendly, courteous and patient-oriented! The doctor's callback service to discuss the findings (since I live further away) was a great service!!! Dr Hasselhuhn is very friendly, helped me with my problem, I feel like I'm in very good hands as a patient and has very competent advice! I received detailed answers to all of my questions! This is how I imagine a modern, patient-oriented practice! Thank you!

I came to the practice as an endocrinology patient and was absolutely satisfied. Dr.Berg took time for discussions, examinations and advice. I feel in great hands and like the positive atmosphere in the practice. I also think the virtual reception is great because it means you can raise your concerns relatively easily and receive a prompt response without spending a long time on a telephone loop.

Was there for endocrinology. The first doctor I had there was simply great, unfortunately she is no longer there. The successor, Ms. Calder, is a complete disaster. She spoke badly about her predecessor and said the diagnoses made by her predecessor were not correct. Then she took a number of blood tests from me in order to get more money from the cash register. These values ​​have nothing to do with endocrinology. I am still grateful for it because a value from the heart has been found that is increased. However, the doctor neglected to inform me about this. I find this very worrying. 3 stars because the staff at reception are friendly and the appointment organization is really great.

We are so happy and grateful to have found Dr. Berg and her team. Many a time she has helped us with advice and support in crisis situations in which we didn't know what to do. You notice that the patients are not just patients, but that they have a lot of heart in them. Not to forget the team that stands behind her! We can only recommend this practice to everyone.
