Ein Angehöriger wollte am besagten Todestag einen Besuch tätigen, stand dann aber plötzlich im leeren Zimmer. Das ist das Allerletzte, wie sich die verantwortlichen Personen verhalten haben. In der Vergangenheit hat sich die Klinik auch schon negativ verhalten. Einem Angehörigen mit rechtlicher Generalvollmacht wurden mehrfach Auskünfte verweigert. 👎👎👎👎👎

Ich wurde am 12.05.22 vom Helios Klinikum Krefeld zum Alexianer Krefeld verlegt. Die Therapieangebote die ich anfangs erfahren durfte, waren für mich sehr gut. Diese haben jedoch, mit anhaltendem Aufenthalt, nachgelassen. Sätze wie „Herr Koch, sie müssen jetzt für ein paar Stunden in den Rollstuhl.“ bleiben mir leider negativ in Erinnerung, da ich dann leider einfach sitzen gelassen worden bin. In meinem damaligen Zustand, war dies für mich eine Qual. Auch auf Nachfrage meiner Angehörigen, änderte sich immer nur kurzfristig etwas an der Situation. Da davon auszugehen ist, dass dies mit dem aktuellen Personalmangel zusammenhängt, hoffe ich, dass Ihre Mitarbeiter bald mehr Unterstützung erhalten können. Morgens wurde die Hälfte vom Frühstück vergessen und wir hatten nicht mal Margarine. Für mich allein… gut, nehm ich dann hin… Aber allein mit zwei Kindern ist das ein echter Stressfaktor gewesen, der einfach nicht hätte sein müssen. Niemand war auch nur eine Sekunde unfreundlich, worauf ich persönlich viel wert lege und ich habe mich die ganze Zeit wohlumsorgt gefühlt - und das in einem Krankenhaus. Ohne Witz: das hat bisher kaum ein Hotel geschafft, das Alexianer hingegen schon. All meine Fragen wurden mir stets beantwortet. Dahingehend wäre es halt nur schön gewesen, wenn ich sie am besten gar nicht erst hätte stellen müssen - aber das ist vielleicht sehr viel verlangt und auf jeden Fall Meckern auf hohem Niveau.
