No complaints about medical treatment. But seems that staff on the desk doesn't care about people waiting in the waiting room. I asked my insurance company to send the fax with the confirmation of my insurance, personal told me to wait in the waiting room. I waited 1.5 hours to realized that they haven't received anything and no one told me. I had to leave because I didn't have time to wait longer. And I have no idea when next time I will be able to get the appointment.

I made an appointment for today, took leave from work, got all ready to see the doctor. then less than 1 hour before our appointment, i got a call from her cancelling our appointment without any reason, unapologetically, in a highly disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Then she simply hung up on me, leaving me in absolute shock. well, i kindly wish you run out of business soon ;-)

I had already made an initial appointment with a particular doctor twice and waited for months. Both times I was rebooked at short notice to another unfriendly doctor who was no longer available afterwards. The practice really deserves the bad Google reviews. The patients apparently only come because of the shortage of specialists - not because of the quality of the practice. A sense of responsibility for your patients definitely looks different.

This practice is not recommended Didn't get an appointment until 3 months later And treating patients is a foreign concept in this practice. Very unfriendly reception. The doctor Dr Kalini should be friendlier to the patient. Patient simply looked at the documents after 1 minute and treatment ended I'm thinking about whether I should file a complaint with the medical association.

Zero stars! After selecting English as my language I was able to select a Dr for an appointment. As I am desperate I took the next available appointment over a month away and added myself to a cancelations list. I recieved an earlier date through cancelation and on the day of my appointment I recieved a cancelation notice 45min BEFORE my appointment and, while it is understandable that Dr's also get sick or whatever reason the appointment was canceled, what is not acceptable is expecting the patient who needs help with mental health to wait two more months for another appointment! The Dr should then move out other appointments to consult with the cancellations. Further, upon trying to re-book an appointment the Dr I originally booked with now only has German as her language. So the booking system is grossly inept. If treating English speakers is an issue then it should be removed from the website so that patients can find find practitioners that actually care about a patients well being!

Too long waiting times, even with an appointment. Staff and doctors don't really care about your situation. Doctors don't speak English. No internet-appointments are offered.

Good doctors, reception but very picky. My family is constantly refused prescriptions by the receptionist, despite the doctors' consent. I don't know who regulates it or how it's handled, but it doesn't work without a headache.

Sorry, but what's going on here doesn't work at all. I had an appointment at 9 a.m. today, everyone who came after me got there earlier than me. After waiting 1.1/2 hours, I left the practice in protest. Forever. It's a total impudence that you have to wait so long even though you have an appointment. Here you should urgently work on communication with the patient. Even if there may not be much remuneration from the KK, you are still a person who helps finance this practice with your problems. The practice team should think about this. I WILL NOT SET FOOT INTO THIS PRACTICE ANY MORE. I have already contacted the KK and the Medical Association. Yep, there will definitely be an answer with an incomprehensible answer.

Now no joke, the practice on January 18th. It was extremely over-attended. Crazy how full. The doctors and the team didn't feel stressed or looked like they were stressed. Sooooo friendly despite the heavy crowds. Chapeau. No matter which examination and which doctor. Everyone was nice, friendly and explained the respective examination very well. And with time, for the patient. I have never experienced anything so good and friendly. Thank you for that. I was on the 3rd floor. The woman doing the brain measurement was the friendliest, warmest doctor's assistant ever. The woman who asked the questions for a test was also ♡♡♡♡♡♡. In the end, the doctor never experienced such a polite, friendly, loving doctor. 1000 thanks

Booked an appointment about a month ago, and have been receiving reminding emails and text messages about my appointment with Dr G. Wenti on time and waited 10 mins to then be told that he doesn’t take any new patients although I have booked online as a “new patient”. They should have automatically blocked anyone from booking as a new patient or at least call me ahead of time to inform me that, and give me the option to decide. I have then been offered to see another doctor in the practice, had to wait 30 more mins, and when I asked the lady at the reception she said I should have some patience and that how it is in the practice. Not to mention that I had to wait another 25 mins for the prescription to be printed! Honestly, I would even give them that star if I had the option. STAY AWAY!

Absolute disaster I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there anymore… a few years ago they had very good professional service. But it’s the complete opposite now, I had very bad experience with the staff at the desk (which was very unprofessional and rude) and this has sadly happened many times now… The last time I went there the doctor I visited couldn’t really help me with the diagnose or explain it to me. They also don’t pick up the phone so if u have an emergency and/or are sick you should definitely search for a different doctor for your own good.

(Translated by Google) This is the last. Not available by phone. Appointment is canceled unfriendly via SMS 24 hours in advance. At the same time, however, it is recommended to make a new appointment by phone. I will definitely not visit the store again.

I made an appointment through Doktorlib. After reading the negative reviews, I was a little worried. But when I came to the reception, I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff at the reception. Doctor Kalinin is attentive, polite, listened to everything, advised what to do. Overall, I was very pleased with the work of this clinic.

I'm sorry, but Ms. Palnau is not recommended. She has very outdated views and is not anywhere near a good level of medical knowledge. In my case, she also acted very negligently and put me in an unpleasant situation. The receptionists prefer to talk about private matters instead of taking me in. Things got progressively worse.

After the tense COVID situation, it is no longer so easy to get an appointment, which is the case everywhere. Dr. Cornely is friendly, competent and really listens. I would like to thank you for everything.

(Translated by Google) I got an appointment very quickly via Doctolib in the summer (as a cash patient) and was warmly welcomed. Dr. Palnau is really great! Empathetic, understanding and you feel taken seriously in contrast to other psychiatrists who just smile at you. I haven't had any appointments canceled so far, the waiting time in the practice is okay, sometimes it's quick, sometimes slower, but that's completely normal as each patient has to be looked after individually and not every procedure can be completed in 10 minutes.

Website had it written that spoken languages are english and german. However when i arrived, i was told that the doctor i had appointment with does not speak english.Website is pretty unhelpful as with each doctor the languages spoken are not written which is misleading. Also the telephone system is extremely bad with no call back system. I got my appointment 1 month ago and at multiple times i called to confirm yet it never gets picked up. I wrote an e-mail i never got reply for.

I've been there several times, very nice colleagues and doctors, especially Dr. Martin. He also replied to emails when I wrote. Having a phone call is a bit difficult but you can understand the reason.

Very disrespectful people, the doctor and the secretary, how can a doctor treat the patient and relatives in such an unfriendly and antisocial way? The patient is no longer on medication and the Dr. Varcacci doesn't believe him and simply says, without reason and without information, I don't believe it, you can't get any more insane. My severely disabled daughter, who is 24, regularly takes medication for epileptic seizures and he doesn't believe that she is out of medication. Be careful, the doctor is not a good person.

TW: Depression, suicidal thoughts Really not recommended and even dangerous. We waited forever for an appointment and when it finally came, the doctor simply prescribed antidepressants during the initial consultation and then left us completely alone. He pointed out the possible side effects and the symptoms of depression, which initially got worse, but then he sent us home and made an appointment in 2 months. The first few weeks were hell and in retrospect it would have been more appropriate to be sent to a clinic to get things adjusted, but we were completely alone with it. We were then helped by another psychiatrist in a psychiatric emergency consultation and he also made regular appointments for support and mentioned admission as an option. Simply prescribing such medication at a first appointment after a short conversation, in which suicidal thoughts are repeatedly referred to as a dangerous side effect in several places, and then not providing further support or at least making offers over the phone is simply irresponsible.
