Courtyard cancelled our reservation and did not provide us with refund. We communicated to the hotel when making the reservation that we will be checking in late. We drove all night to get to Atlanta to take a quick nap and wash up prior to continuing our journey north but when we got here, they informed us that they cancelled our reservation. Very disappointed at the lack of communication and penalizing the customer despite attempted effort to communicate plans. Canceled unilaterally and did not contact me. I'm angry 😠 😡 👿

Super nice hotel. Everything felt very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly. Not super easy to tell where to go from the parking, but also not that hard. 🤷🏼‍♀️

No EV Charging at the hotel as advertised. Now the public parking next door has an insanely expensive charger but nothing at the hotel parking. Something like $5 every 20 to 25 miles of range. Rooms itself is clean, sheets are not, about broke a toe because the shower handle is on but not attached, so it falls off.

We had the most amazing experience. All thanks to ZAKIA!!! She provided us with the best customer experience. Southwest canceled our flights before new year eve and we decided to travel Atlanta by road. We booked this hotel last minute and got lucky with Zakia. We requested for room upgrade and crib set up inside the room. She did everything so professionally and made our stay the most wonderful one. We loved our room upgrade and It was our anniversary too. Thank you Zakia for that. Great location as well. Totally recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is a great hotel. The staff was friendly, the location is fantastic walking distance from many bars at night and breakfast restaurants for the morning. And most imlortantly the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Excellent staff and super clean all around. Saved our family vacation after we had to cancel a reservation at another hotel. Loved being within walking distance to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, etc. This spot is a hidden gem.

Beautiful location. The shower was massive! It was too cold to use the courtyard when I visited but the staff did offer to light the fireplace if we had wanted to sit outside. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing location and service. Modern hotel style. Room was everything we needed and the bed was so soft. We just recently stayed for the Christmas holiday/Engagement weekend and the service from the staff was exceptional. With all the delays and cancelations we have experience, they helped to make it a very memorable stay. We will be staying here again next year.

KC is the heart of the hotel, her Latte's are what dreams are made of and her smile makes you feel like you are home and being spoiled by your Mama. The hotel is impeccably clean and the entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Location is excellent, very safe and there are so many yummy restaurants and cute shops. We will stay here again and tell all of our friends. KC deserves a Vintage Ferrari and a raise, I will miss her in the mornings.

The management and staff went above and beyond to accommodate our guests for a weekend of wedding festivities. They were gracious, helpful, and offered solutions to unexpected challenges and last-minute details that were not their responsibility at all. Our family and friends raved about how they loved the rooms, the workout facilities, the snack market, and the key location in downtown Duluth. I highly recommend this hotel!

I was taken back how great this hotel was. Courtyards can be variable quality at times. This hotel has great rooms that were all clean. Friendly and helpful service and a well stocked bar.
