This was a great find! We were sad to see Hotel Pikku go within the last year and were searching for another spot in Lincoln Park -- our favorite neighborhood in Duluth. So glad we found this! We really appreciated the loft-feel and the private entry, along with the amazing light in our unit! Will absolutely be back again.

This is an awesome space in a great location! Local restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Canal park and other activities were quick drives from this location as well. The space itself is beautiful and very well taken care of. It was a great space to return to after a long day with lots of amenities. We loved it and it's location. I would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our three day stay. The room and bed was comfortable with historical charm - we had a view of Enger Tower from the room. Great location in Lincoln Park close to shops, food, drink. There are also shops in the lower level. Love the coffee shop for morning pastry and latte! Great location for getting around Duluth and the area. Would stay again!

The two bedroom unit we were in was perfect for our family of four. We stayed four nights. During that time, we ate in, dined out, hiked up to Enger Tower, attended a Duluth Superior Symphony concert, and explored the city. A movie was being filmed on the adjacent block, which was fun to see. Enger Lofts made all of this convenient, comfortable, and stylish. We utilized quite a few of the amenities, including the washer/dryer, dog wash, downstairs coffee shop and market, smart TV, and kitchen. These were by far the best accommodations we've had in Duluth. We hope to be back!

Had a wonderful stay at Enger Lofts! The location was perfect - close to lots of great stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The loft itself was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! Lots of thoughtful touches and beautiful decor. Every interaction with Sam & Rose was great. They were friendly, hospitable, and eager to answer any questions. Loved the ease of their arrival and departure process too. We'll definitely be back!

Rose’s place was fantastic. We love the town of Duluth anyway, but the location of this apartment is stellar for walking and enjoying the downtown area. It was perfect for the staging of our trip into the boundary waters. We will be back for sure!

If you head up north, stay here! One of the best hotel/Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The location, communication with hosts, amenities and space itself are a 5⭐ experience. The perfect place to stay on a solo recharge weekend, for couples, or a girl's trip. I would recommend to anyone and I'll be back!

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Duluth. Close enough to downtown to be super convenient while being far enough out to be chilled and easy going. The location is unique in that it’s within a pocket of really awesome food and drink spots, all within walking distance. The room was clean and quiet. The coffee shop on the ground floor was a nice way to start each day as well. Stay here!! You won’t regret it :)

Enger Lofts was the perfect spot for our week long stay in Duluth! The studio was so cozy, modern and the location is absolutely perfect! We loved walking to the local breweries, grabbing food at all the awesome restaurants and being a close distance to downtown and canal. Our pup was with us the entire time and they even provided dog bowls and a mat. We will definitely be back every time we come back to Duluth!

Wonderful experience at Enger Lofts! Went for a weekend with two kids and could not have been happier. Extremely communicative, fast responses from management and super accommodating. The modern, clean interior was fantastic and the building had some fun, unique shops on the first floor as well. Don't hesitate to book!

I stayed at Enger Lofts Hotel for 4 nights - 2 as part of attending a conference and 2 more to make a nice weekend of it with my sweetie and the pup. The experience was smooth, the loft was comfortable and well-appointed, and the location was a treat! I would return and stay again for sure.

I really enjoyed my time at the loft hotel. The parking was easy and the space was super clean. We were very surprised by all the giant windows, lol.
