Have you ever wanted to go sledding but it was too cold? This place is perfect for you! With their indoor sledding hill located conveniently right next to a Caribou Coffee, you can have your hot coffee and go sledding too!

Love the Mall - it's a small, but a cute little one. Both traditional chain stores like Victoria's Secret and Spensers, and some local authentic stores are there to shop. Having JCPenney is a big plus too, I love it. Nice food court, clean hallways. One word - lovely 😍

Where are the plus size clothing options? WHERE ARE THEY?!?! I can’t believe Lane Bryant is no longer in the mall especially since they no longer have Torrid. Where are the options for plus size ladies in the Twin Ports?! WHERE ARE THEY?!?! I grew up going here and I’d like a little representation back please… and thank you lol

Absolutely love to shop here! They have almost everything you could want and then some of course! I stopped in to get some school clothes for my kids. Love all the choices that are available and the different places to shop

I still very much love the mall. However, it isn't like it used to be. They still have some fun and fabulous stores to choose from.

This is a nice, clean mall with friendly staff. It's well marked. There are places to sit if you need rest. If you're looking for a nicer clothing line you can find it here in JCPenney's and along the concourse. The mall has shops that offer novelty items. You can walk the concourse on cold winter days or sit down with a friend at the Caribou Coffee or grab a bite from some nice kiosk style eateries in the food court. Everything is easy access. There are benches for a short rest, or if one of your party doesn't have as much stamina as others. There's a kids play place and other offerings to entertain the children. There are also a couple of nicer restaurants. Everything is wheelchair accessible. Parking, for the most, part is good except, perhaps, for the busiest days, but it is easy to drop someone off at most entrances if that is necessary for you. I love coming here for Christmas shopping and there are extra shops in the middle of the concourse during that time of year. In

Great stores, mall is full of them. Not too many empty spaces. Good food choices!

The mall was busy with shoppers and cleaning crews where busy keeping the hallways clean. Friendly and polite attitude on both sides of the counters. That's important to maintain business. I would keep in mind to return there to shop.

This is a busy mall with plenty of parking space. We stopped at the JC Penney store on this trip. The store was busy and was over flowing in merchandise. We were looking for pj's for our granddaughter, which was on the second floor and in the far corner. Ended not buying anything, there were no pj's to be found and not a great selection of children's clothing.

Enjoy it everytime I go a little pricey but what do you expect it’s a huge mall and they gotta make profit somehow

  • 5/5 Ashley L. 1 year ago on Google
Had a blast here! It has the feel of a real mall still, and the little tables that are set up in the center are so fun to look at!

I picked up a book at Barns and Noble and some spiced cinnamon, clove tea from England supplied from the 1800's that they had to drink to relax. I added honey to sweeten my tea. My family history comes from Corwall England in 1500. Hicks, Walter, Edward, George.

Found what I was looking for. I haven't been to the mall in many years so I googled it to see which entrance was closest to where I wanted to go.. wish I had a motorized scooter to shop more but none up there

This place has all you need. We enjoyed the different stores and restaurants. Clean and not super packed.

This mall definitely needs a new parking lot! I am aware of repairs going on, hopefully they can complete these and fix that parking lot! The mall offers a variety of great stores, maybe just a few more "resting benches" for the elderly, handicapped, pregnant women etc. And fixing that parking lot!! :)

What can I say, other than it's Duluth's largest and oldest mall with just about anything you need, you can find it here, including clothes if that's what you're looking for there's several clothing stores along with a food court, and several other stores! If you have never been there, it truly is a must see!!

Great place to get a variety of items and the only issue I ran into that I hope gets resolved soon is the potholes and the driving safety through the parking lots and around the mall there were many spots where the road had deteriorated and they were potholes. It was not safe to drive the vehicle thriugh some locations in parking lot.. I had to go around due all the potholes that formed do to the climate conditions in Minnesota, this is often an issue and frustrating for probably everyone.

A surprisingly lively mall despite malls around the nation closing. A wide variety of niche shops, great food, and a clean atmosphere make this place great for gifts, general shopping, or even just hanging out.

  • 5/5 Darla R. 1 year ago on Google
I hadn't been there in about 20 years. I was pleasantly surprised to see the variety of stores there - something for everyone! I didn't get thru the entire mall, but as far as I did go, I didn't see any vacant stores which seems to be so common these days. The Food Court didn't have a huge variety; several places offering the same food. It was good food, but could hardly eat it with the flimsy, cheap plastic silverware.

Went to Ulta. I was looking for a certain product and the salesgirl I stopped to ask for help did not know anything about the product but instead of finding someone who did, she just left me to figure it out myself. On the up side my product was buy one get 50 % off.

Nice to have a nice brick and mortar place to shop. So many restaurants and great location to other strip malls and individual stores . Just hope they keep filling the empty spots.

  • 5/5 Brett Sir Top'em H. 5 months ago on Google
I'm impressed. This mall is a great size and seems to still be going strong with minimal vacancies, great store selections on the inside as well as the outside. Everything seems to still be in great shape. It's worth a visit for sure!

Honestly my favorite mall in Minnesota besides the Mall of America, always end up finding stuff I like here whether it be food, clothes, games, or just random stuff. Worth stopping at if you are ever in Duluth.

  • 5/5 Willy S. 6 months ago on Google
The food is too good that I forget to take pictures. Best place for Japanese food in Duluth. This will be my favorite place to visit whenever I visit Duluth.

  • 5/5 GiGi L. 6 months ago on Google
I was surprised and pleased. The outside doesn't look like much, but the inside was grand. A ton of good stores. Lots of seating along the shopping areas. Massage chairs are always my favorite. Good selection of food at the court. Very clean. Great location

  • 3/5 Forrest M. 8 months ago on Google
Decent and average mall for the most part. Food court has a fairly good selection and the mall itself has a variety of the normal chain stores you see in malls. Nothing special, but nothing bad. Parking can be a pain sometimes.

  • 5/5 Ryan P. 7 months ago on Google
This is a fun mall to walk through with the kiddos. The food court was better than what I was told. We had a great lunch and chatted it up with some locals. Interesting layout but oddly it kind of works. Of the 3-4 times we've been to Duluth, we had never checked out the mall. It's a pretty nice place.

  • 4/5 Sarah S. 8 months ago on Google
It has a lot of convenience, food wise and fashion wise, and it's small enough that it doesn't sparj my anxiety.

  • 5/5 Eric R. 1 year ago on Google
Shocked at the size! We entered from the back of the mall (thanks google) and thought it would be a little strip mall. But nope, it is extensive. Great shops and the people of Duluth seem happy and safe! Help at shops we hit were all friendly. Good experience!

I rarely go there. Maybe once every 2 years such a disappointment management is. such a disappointment. I haven't worked there but shopkeepers don't like management either. Many other facilities across the Midwest experience collapsed roofs last winter and I've already fixed things but yet our mall is still sitting here unfinished. Soon Essentia Health will have taken over this mall. The mall itself has no security cameras I was told it's too old for that which is BS I have a family member that's a construction engineer that takes away a good sense of security.

  • 5/5 Nathan S. 8 months ago on Google
One of my favorite malls. They were under construction in one area so the mall is split up a bit, but there are signs showing where to go. Great smaller food court with a good selection. Many kiosk vendors with a variety of goods for sale, as well as popular brick-and-mortar stores.

  • 4/5 Lindsey D. 1 year ago on Google
Most of the shops are great, good food and mostly kid friendly. It would be nice if all of the stores weren't so expensive. I typically avoid the mall because the only affordable place is old navy and the little mini stands that sell sunglasses/I shirts and what not get a bit annoying sometimes because those are also way overpriced.

  • 5/5 Kathleen E. (. 9 months ago on Google
Still love this Mall. Some empty spaces. Construction is happening at the mall. Be safe and watch for workers so you all can be safe.

I was at the new Essentia Health Surgery Center, located on the backside of the mall. I was impressed with the way they have it set up and it's arranged perfectly.. The staff are wonderful.

  • 3/5 Keren K. 9 months ago on Google
Okay mall. A few good stores, but I would check their directory on line to see if they have what you want there. It's the only choice in the Duluth area. Personally I would go to the twin cities to shop, or online. Better selections.

Has a great little bakery with delicious macaroons. Right by Barnes and Noble/Old navy Pistachio might be my kids new fav! No santa but a little walk thru and a mailbox to mail your letter. I love the boutique by the fountain (been in it Many times would think I'd remember) but Has great items and a deals rack also! This momma gets something fun too ;)

In a time period in US history where deaths from intentional and/or negligently made medical errors had been Doubling (which is faster than exponential) every 10 years or so, and then seemingly started to double every 4 years (faster than doubling), it is Concerning to say the least that the local hospital conglomerate 'Essentia Health' has recently BOUGHT the MALL. Their name is now a sign placed ABOVE the mall's front entrance sign in Larger Letters than the Miller Hill Mall. You might be thinking about the place having strange asia-themed gurus and opioid safe-jection rooms, but that is not the case and the layout is just as creepy as any other hospital/clinic.

Love this Mall. A good variety of stores to choose from. Well marked and not easy to get lost. Prices are reasonable. Always clean, plenty of dining options, restrooms, and everything to make your shopping experience a pleasurable one

  • 5/5 Keith G. 3 years ago on Google
I like that they open the mall itself up really early so people can go into there and walk around and get some exercise. They have Essentia Health in there now which is really good. The food court orders s variety of eats to satisfy you. The range of different stores that cater to the public is good too. I like the ambiance of the place, and the fact that the local public transit services the place is bonus!

The mall just isn't what it used to be. Its got the common mall stores like Hollister, Spencer's, and JC Penney. In the past few years they have lost 2 anchor stores (Younkers and Sears) and now the local hospital bought up the area for Therapy with free parking 🙄

  • 5/5 Brian G. 3 years ago on Google
