😠 As a Korean individual, I am appalled to see a Korean practice operate in this fashion. I specifically brought my mother to this practice thinking she would be more comfortable with a Korean speaking provider. All of her other specialty providers are English speaking and she has received such wonder... People often mention doctor, time, clinic, staff, blood, patient, hospital, great, appointment,

As a Korean individual, I am appalled to see a Korean practice operate in this fashion. I specifically brought my mother to this practice thinking she would be more comfortable with a Korean speaking provider. All of her other specialty providers are English speaking and she has received such wonderful care. I just assumed that for her general healthcare needs she would feel more comfortable communicating with someone that spoke her language. I have never met a doctor like Dr. Kim and his staff that are as rude and as dismissive as this. I look over the bad reviews listed here and all of them are true. It is truly horrifying to think that this person is someone that is in healthcare. Please save your time and find another provider that cares about you. If I had the ability to give zero stars I would.

Everyone at the hospital is friendly and bright. It has a good image. The doctors here are also very kind. Dr. Kim also provides very considerate treatment.

Foremost, I do not go to a doctor for bedside manner, chitchat, not affirmation of my self-diagnosis. This doctor admittedly is not real personal in presentation. He checks you out, asks pertinent questions, diagnoses or refers. Then he moves on to the next patient. I guess that's his personality? But he gets the job done. If you listen to him, follow his advice, then you have been served well. Why do you need a warm and fuzzy doctor? Now, and I think this is the best part of AG Family Medicine as I discern, the Physician's Assistant makes the visit most worthwhile. She listens, is thorough and personable. She makes sense, has time for you. I think the doctor knows his limitations, and is most wise to employ her to complete the experience for us. She is great. And together they are a most adequate team. Thank you AG Family Medicine, and keep up the good work.

Horrible, I made an appointment 3 times and each time I was told I did not have an appointment. The 3rd time I even had a auto text message reminding me of my appointment, I tried to show the front desk and she denied taking a look at my phone. The workers can hardly speak English. I am appalled. I was the only one of my kind in there and I definitely felt some type of way if you know what I mean. I feel as if I was Denied dud to me ethnicity. Please do not waste your time here.

AG family medicine located in convenient place and easily assessable. Booked appointment for new appointment and got the required date and nearby time . Went and welcome by 2 receptionist on appointment day . Completed yearly checkup with blood test and flu shot . Blood test results takes 4 days as they need to sent outside for report . Doctor spoke and answered all question asked . Currently giving 4 star for service and based on future visit will update the feedback .

Dr. Kim is wonderful. My husband, father-in-law, and brother-in-law have all seen him for various reasons. From my trips there with my husband, including one last week, Dr. Kim really cares about his patients. He makes sure to get all the information before proceeding to another step. If I need to, I plan to see him as a PCP. Just each time I have been sick enough to see a doctor I was also pregnant so I saw my OB. Love that they teach as well and are amazing at what they do. Also having a pharmacy attached to them is wonderful as it makes life so much easier.

AG Family Medicine is such a great office to go to. I’ve been here for quite a while now and Dr. Kim and his staff has always been completely professional and caring with me. My concerns are never thrown to the side and they do all they can to make sure I’m getting the best treatment and treated with respect! Caesar and MJ are wonderful!!! They are so personable and make me feel so great with our conversations and making me feel like a person and not just another number. The front desk is always polite and professional. The nurse practitioners have so much patience and are really great! Dr. Kim takes time out to come into the office so I see him even if it’s the nurse practitioner who is seeing me! Great office and doctor! James Fleetwood

I'd previously worked in a medical clinic, so I usually do not leave any negative comments with them because I know it could be such an intense environment every day. HOWEVER, this clinic does not worth any stars at all. It was a great experience with NPs at the clinic, but front desk ladies - OMG! As you see in the other comments, they were unintelligent and stubborn staff and did not know what they were saying. They were also making argumentative conversations with patients via phone. They are not adequately trained to assist the patients. I do not recommend this clinic, and do not waste your time here.

Horrible Dr!!! If you value your life, go somewhere else. I made an appt here to get checked out for an infection in my jaw, and this "doctor" refused to look at the wound in my mouth, laughed at me, and told me I was dumb for thinking it was anything other than trigeminal neuralgia and I needed to go back to see my neurologist again. I basically had to get into an argument with him because I had previously had blood work done and the blood work showed a very clear high white blood cell count. Which is evidence of infection. So he was angry and laughing at me and said "okay whatever it's not an infection but I'll give you a prescription for amoxicillin if you really want it" but when he called it in ,it wouldn't be ready for 2 days. Within 3 days, I was having seizures. I am currently writing this from my room at the hospital where I am on IV antibiotics. I've been here for 4 days. Still not sure if the infection has spread to my brain or not. But if you value your life AT ALL, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Dr. Kim is a caring doctor. He won't prescribe a medication that's got bad side effects, and he'll convey his discomfort with the medication and why he doesn't recommend it. He'll suggest something that's safer and more effective. He'll also explain about conditions, what causes them, and how to try and mediate them without too much medication. He's not a doctor who simply prescribes medications and sends you on your way. He listens and takes notes so he's able to document your medical journey. Plus Hana Pharmacy is on the back on the clinic and is very convenient.

They really have unintelligent and stubborn staff without knowing proper way of communication. They won’t listen to you and do not have sensitivity when they speak about your medical condition. I have a few incidents. Don’t go there.

I recently visited this clinic for my annual check-up, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped in, the entire staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine kindness. I was particularly impressed by Dr. Kim, who meticulously reviewed my medical records and took the time to provide thorough and friendly responses to all of my questions. One aspect that truly stood out was the smooth and efficient process of drawing my blood. As someone with relatively thin blood vessels, I have faced difficulties during blood collection in other healthcare settings. However, at this clinic, the skilled staff managed to collect my blood with ease and accuracy in a single attempt. This not only impressed me but also left me genuinely pleased with the overall service provided. I sincerely regret not having discovered this clinic sooner. The exceptional care, attention to detail, and friendly atmosphere have undoubtedly made a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking top-notch medical services.

Called the hospital for appt due to having cold symptoms - mild fever, coughing, runny nose. The receptionist said let’s do teledoc instead. I asked for the reason and she said “uh…. Because we have lots of old patients and we don’t want to get them sick.” Technically isn’t hospital for patient who’s sick come and check? What kind of hospital refuse patient to come because they are worried that other patients will get sick? Are they getting old patient ONLY? So I asked “So with this throat swelling, they are not going to check in person?”. Receptionist then immediately change her tone and start to give me attitude. She said Doc will ask for me to come if necessary. So do I need to come twice and pay twice? How will doctor be able to tell my throat condition without seeing me? Then she imparts asked “so you want the appt or not?” This hospital pick which patient they WANT to take care and only the easy/safe patient. And the review is right the receptionists at the front desk is stubborn, rude, unable to explain right reasoning, and very unprofessional. Ridiculous

🫤 The Militant feel has to go. Stop with all the rules and regulations. On a positive note the staff are pretty cool, doctors and nurses are the best. I will go back. It is this military environment I can do without. Enough with all the psy ops this is America. Have you all woken up yet?

😠 The worst place!!! I injured my left Achilles tendon. I was worried it might be a rupture and told the doctor, but he just squeezed my leg and told me it was just a muscle strain, advising me to rest for two weeks to recover. I wasn't confident, so I went to another place for an MRI, which reveal...
