I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference and had a rather disappointing encounter with the receptionist, Mr. Jay. I had requested an early check-in due to my conference schedule, but despite waiting patiently for four hours, Mr. Jay was unable to provide me with a room. I explained that I wasn't feeling well that day, hoping for some understanding, but unfortunately, Mr. Jay did not seem willing to empathize with my situation. This lack of empathy and the extended wait left me quite frustrated and disappointed. It's essential for hotel staff to be considerate of guests' needs and circumstances. I hope the hotel management can address these issues to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests."

Perfect place to hold weddings celebrations or parties. It has many halls so no problem of not getting a good place . Options provided for arranging an event are also good. Moreover , they also have game zones and swimming pools for the active members to access and non members to use via paying a fee.

Ok so I don't actually have a membership at this club.But I could still enter as I was with a friend who was a member.So if you come with a member, they will let you in. Firstly I had food at the Sip buffet restaurant,and it was a banger.Great food , would definitely go there again anytime. Then we watched a movie.The theaters are just too good.Not too big,not too small. Then we played arcade games and let me tell you.they have almost everything in arcade games.that was the most fun part. The interior is just too good.Am thinking of taking a membership.I suggest this place.

One of the best place for dining with multiple options. The only question is someone coming with you or yourself must be a member of Avadh Club!!! Checking is very strict. We have taken lunch and dinner several times. Even buffet is worth enjoying!!! Food taste, menu and services are upto the mark. Big dinning space. Around 16 people can seat together. If you are a member you can enjoy all other facilities but here i am talking about Avadh utopia as a restaurant option!!

A very bad service. Being a member you have no access to any amenities then what's the point. Guests and members can't use any of the amenities. While selling the membership no rule or rule book was provided even when we asked for it. Also selling the membership with false recommendations. Not worth. Guests will totally be disappointed if you come with the members. The guests have no access to anything at all. Even the members don't feel prestigious. Not worth any membership.

Amazing place for playing indoor games as well as bowling. Good for larger groups. The Cafe is nice too, I ordered a few coffees which tasted nice. The pizza was good too. Overall a nice place to go to but I think if you're a member, you have endless benefits, I was just a guest and hence cannot review the place completely as guests aren't allowed to go to every place in the club!

The watchman at the main gate has got too much weight in his balls, which is not how he should behave with a guest, I was too tired the day I checked-in, so Ignored him, otherwise I would have held him with his balls right at the gate.

A club restaurant very similar to the fan fare of an Indian 4 star restaurant. Only members and their guests allowed. The property staff surely are super snobby. The security , receptionist, and valet show more sass than an upper middle class teenager hitting puberty. The restaurant staff are polite, but will not help you with recommendation. FOOD : Decently good. Only Veg Fare.. PROPERTY: Blitzy, neat, and well maintained.

The hotel is one of the best to have events like Sangeet & Weddings, the management handled two baraats very astutely and in a time saving manner, the Banquet halls are both very well looking and masterfully constructed. The rooms and room service staff are very well behaved and polite, they also provide 24/7 services which is very helpful during weddings.

Great location, Good spacious Rooms, Great food. However the only negative point I would say are the carpets. The carpets in room and sofa covers in the restaurant look stained and unclean.
