Giving it one star because they don't add essential product like tomato as it is 60 rupee per kg... and giving lame excuses But when tomato is 10~15 per kg they don't reduce their prices. I Have visited this place with my friends twice in this month and felt that they are understaffed and takes lots of time to cook and deliver as compare to other fast foods of competition as well as burger Kings of different cities. The caps which is the signature of burger king in all over the cities and been given to kids along with the order even if it's not been asked to pull attraction of kids for pictures and selfies , but I think to save money and cost cutting factor they have tried avoiding giving those caps and only available once asked Please check the order time before you place food order and accordingly plan.

It's a good place you can have for having your dinner or lunch. The interior is too good. Cleanliness is also well maintained. You can order as many combos that you love from Burger King. We tried whooper and it was really delicious, we loved it. Although not a much capacity but you can have still as the crowd isn't much here. The taste is also really awesome.

There staf don't know how to treat a customer and I was about to share my experience today I visited this branch and i stand behind the person just because there was a rush but than the staff said that you have to change the row without any reason so I never went out from your food zone jus because I stand tfront of him for about 5 to 10 minutes but Than after he disrespect fully told me to go and stand to the next row So from now I never visited your any store again @burgerking

The chicken nuggets that I bought had 1 masala ball in place of chicken nugget which burnt my stomach. The restaurant didn't have the courtesy to ask if I want a replacement and also no concern about the affected customer and non apologetic.

After that we order for peri peri masala separately we ready to paid 20rs for it but staff can’t provide it. Your brand name is Burger King but not provide quality to customers. Worst service and worst experience They are doing some scams. I ordered burgers from swiggy and somehow I am not able to receive the delivery boy's call but I mentioned the proper address. Burger King outlet cancelled my order and they didn't give me any refund. They both are playing with consumers. Please do not order from swiggy and burger king. My amount is 425 /- its not a big amount but it's about I paid for my order and I didn't receive any product from burger king and they didn't give me my refund as well I will complain in consumer court.
