Awesome apartment. It maybe someone's dreams. Apartment is fully secured 24/7. The cost of the flats is expensive compared to other apartments. Huge society provided and good for living for family personal & also for beneficial purposes. One main thing is that this apartment is little bit far from local markets, it maybe good or bad depends upon the person because if you are a family person & if you need grocery & vegetable in your day to day life then you should have a personal vehicle otherwise you may find some problem with the public transport. Basically this apartment is made for upper class people of the society & also for the people who have high class living style. I thought I'm able to give a brief description of this apartment for the betterment of the society. That's it, Thanks ☺️

Clean and well-maintained society, well-located. People are very polite and social.

Great location just beside TCS GP. Ambience inside the society is good too will gym, swimming pool, recreation area, game room, mini theatre e.t.c One concern I have is the garbage dump just outside the apartment tower 3 somewhat disturbs it’s beauty

Amistad is a residential complex located just beside TCS Gitanjali IT Park. It has most modern amenities and facilities including swimming pool, gymnasium, mini theatre, children’s park, badminton court, squash court, indoor game room etc. It has total 3 towers, tower 1 and tower 2 consists of bigger flats and tower 3 has smaller options. Basement, ground floor and mechanical car parking options are available. Located on main road and location is top tier. Hopefully there will be better daily needs shops open in near future.

Amistad is a residential society situated next to TCS Gitanjali Park. Multiple towers are there inside Amistad. Entrance of the society is big and there is a reception at ground floor. Good facility is there regarding car parking. The inside area is big enough. 24 hours security service is available here. There are many small food stalls outside of Amistad.

Very good residential apartment for family, it is situated near to TCS, rent is very high, vegetables market is away from the place, you should have own car or bike, society is very good, swimming pool, gym, game area, child park, play ground, small theatre are available here, 24 hours security available,

Beside TCS Gitanjali park. Good for ones who have their own transport. Also connected with public transport. Seems flats are handed over to few.
