Outside the main gate all shops are present for vegetables,fast food, main course, juices, utensils, saloon, pillow, cushions, mattress, almirah and cupboard. So many buses start from here so you will never have to wait for the bus or the seat. Very good society, you will enjoy it here for sure. Nice housing complex for middle class family. Yes it is far from main city however you will find all daily needs here. Newtown itself is a new growing place so you should not compare it with Gariahat or Maniktala. The size of flats are small, however 3bhk (basically 2.5 bhk) is not that bad. Again you should think of how much you paid. A great advantage is lots of trees are here. Lots of open space to walk, play, run. Big disadvantage here is security. Every block has security 24 hrs but they really does not stop people to enter. How the Individual building maintenances for 3bhk can be known after few months but right now 2bhk and 1bhk maintenances is not very good.

Very good society for bachelor. A lot of green space inside the society, grocery shop and dairy is also there. Rooms are too small. But well-maintained society. Easy to access via bus and private car. Car parking also there. Well connected to Tech park like DLF2, Gitanjali park, Candor, eco space.

Sukhobrishti is a good place to stay away from city crowd. All the it offices like candor, dlf 2, ecospace are within 15-20 minutes of drive from here. Better to have personal vehicle. Just outside the complex there is a Spencer and Apollo pharmacy. New supermarket is being developed. Also there is a cake shop and several food counters within the complex.

This society has a lot of rumors but honestly speaking everything has its good and bad. For this also it's applicable. This society is very big with 1bhk,2bhk,3bhk expanded with a huge area. It has open space. More trees which is good for ppl to take fresh air. You can get all required things like groceries and all outside the main gate. I have been staying here for the last 4 years and enjoying my days here within this society.

I am staying from last 5 months and the complex is really good. The planning of housing is really extra ordinary. You can't feel any bad smells from this society. Well planed area, the desires, the shope. Here you will get everything, like in fast food, general stoors, tea shops, Medical by Apollo, saturday & Sunday mini Bazar etc. You will get home delivery service also.
