I went there reading all the good reviews. They have a very corporate structure asking for unnecessary treatments and scaring and putting fear in the patient to do it. Must take second opinion with them . Can't trust them . Highly disappointed. It's only big place good ambience but bad doctors

My father was having toothache for days now. We took him to Mission Smile Dental Clinic. Turns out he had infection. The doctors here were really very understanding and caring – or at least that’s what I felt. The staff members were polite too. The clinic really looked advanced and well-maintained. The doctor advised for tooth removal (which we did in the next appointment) and offered some medicine to control the pain. It has been weeks now. The pain is gone; he is feeling so much better now.

I had an abscessed tooth so I had to go to Mission Smile in a hurry. The appointment was quick. After advice on the appropriate treatment, I agreed to have the damaged tooth extracted and an implant placed. The operation, under local anesthesia, took place 12 days ago. Everything went well and to this day, I no longer feel any pain in the extracted tooth or in my jaw following the operation. I am satisfied with the care provided by the doctors at Mission Smile. Obviously, as I am a foreigner (from France), I am not familiar with the dental practices in India nor the price of dental care. Maybe I paid a lot, maybe the price was right, I don't know but in any case, I am satisfied with the care and that's the main thing. Ps. I suggest you to place a TV on the ceiling above the patient's seat in the dental room. This way the patient's attention is drawn to the TV and not to the treatment. Less stress 😃

The centre is very well set up for emergencies. Corona precautions are followed to the maximum. Having been to one of Kolkatas supposedly best dentists in the past for my treatment this centre runs rings around any other clinic in Kolkata. The dentist's are caring and ensure there is no pain for root canals. They go at the patients pace which is really important. Procedures are explained and the pricing is transparent. I would highly recommend this clinic and the dentist's that work there. All staff are polite and one can see that there is teamwork with all staff.

I went there for my braces treatment after looking at lots of reviews on the net. However, he just suggests the Invisalign slingers which costs around 2-3 lakhs. There are no other options like ceramic or metal braces which he can help you with. Takes very little time to explain the issue and spends a lot of time trying to push you to go ahead with the invisible alingers. A doctor should give an unbiased opinion on the treatment options available. The staff at this clinic are very helpful and cordial though!

I was hoping I don’t have to take my son to any doctor but since he broke his braces I had no option but to take him. But I must say I was super impressed by the level of care and protection they had taken at Mission Smile! Only my son was allowed in that too after washing his hands at a no touch washbasin. He was provided with foot over, head cover, gloves, mask and also face shield. All the staff present were in proper protective gear and I noticed they were also sanitising the handles of the doors time to time.
