Worst store I've ever seen in my life. 👎👎👎 First of all, abhorrent behaviour of the staff. Secondly last week I've purchased an Asus laptop with i5 -512GB configaration, doubtlessly it's moderately expensive for a student. Unfortunately I didn't noticed a small dent was there at the base panel in the laptop. After unboxing it at home I discovered that dent and took a picture at that day, the time was approximately around 10:30pm or 10:45pm. Naturally that wasn't a good time to revisit, next day I made a phone call they didn't received my call. However, those days were a bit busy for me that's why I couldn't visit. Yesterday after calling 4 times they received my call and after listening the whole, they totally denied despite being informed them within a week... Amazing, 😡😔I have never had such a bad experience before.... Totally disappointed And the one thing, When I walked out from the store after purchasing the laptop at that very day, they asked me for a five star rating. I would like to inform the authorities of reliance digital how do you expect a 5 star rating for such this disgusting service???!!!....

Very very bad behaviour. Break their promises. At first they behaved very friendly to us, but later when we bought the product they didn't help us to manage this and set this in our kitchen. They kept the product in our trail. Don't buy anything from reliance digital!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I mean what are they upto ? They can't Provide Bills of the Purchase & promises to Email/ Whatsapp it. With 24 Hours passing by & no Bills being recieved one could definitely count on being CHEATED ! So, even if being Promised don't rely on them to sent you the Purchase Bill within 24 Hours !

Worst after sales service. Pathetic behaviour towards customer. After six days they don't know when they deliver the product and also not try to inform customer about their delayed service. Other beside retailers care their customers and deliver their products timely but this outlet forget their customers after receiving money. Other retailers provide better after sale service then reliance kanchrapara.

We bought a Lenovo laptop with supposedly pre-installed MS Office. MS Office did not work from day 1. Reliance Digital Kanchrapara washed its hands off saying software issues are not our problem. Contact Lenovo directly. We did that. Lenovo could not resolve the issue and have redirected us to Microsoft. The store takes zero accountability once they have sold the product. Also, I bought it on EMI ( the store checked and confirmed my eligibility). Now the bank has deducted the entire amount from my account.

Disgusting service & worst customer service…they neither delivers product on time nor they refund money, even after repeated visit. & behaviour of customer care is also very disappointing. We ordered a product more than 2 weeks ago, still there is no delivery & when we requested for refund…their response is pathetic. Will never purchase anything from here nor we will recommend anyone for the same.

Worst experience ever. I purchased a cooler from this store on 30 Jul and the product was promised to be delivered by Aug 2. The product is yet to be delivered. Despite visiting the store multiple times and asking for cancellation of the order and refund of money, they are continuously giving excuses that their system is not working correctly. It has been 2 weeks and still they are not able to provide any solution. Avoid this store if you want tension free shopping experience..

Newly opened. It is placed between Bagmore and Kumorpara. A big brand electronics showroom. Around 10,000 sft carpet area. All kind of electronic items available here. All kind of EMI facility available.Nice environment. Cheap price and best in quality. Near that area also has....... Great Eastern, Khola Electronics, Capital Electronics and Raipur Electronics. To get good quality check product you must come.

Some products price are much higher than online market, few are affordable. Staffs are friendly and polite.

Never order any product from here. They give false commitments to the customers and the delivery takes forever. The behaviour of some staffs are also not good. Pathetic experience for me.

If I had an option of giving stars in negative then I would have given -5* as the service was Tooo slow we asked to bill a product an hour before but they didn't do the billing in time the person who was showing the demo of laptop was oversmart and thought that the customer knows nothing are you serious who shows such behavior towards his customer noone even asked for water we bought 3 big stuffs but they were so lethargic to do their work we even asked to send a boy to bring the stuffs to our car they did not send anyone and the billing process took forever

Horrendous delivery services. Worst management. Trying to fool customers in order to increase their sales. They dont deliver the product on the scheduled date. I have to wait more 2-3 days from the actual date of delivery. Still havent received my product.

Scammer they never deliver product as commitment better your get your product same time while making the purchase. They say tomorrow or day after tomorrow but they will take 7 to 10 days and after the committed timeline they will ask you to wait more 2 to 3, working days by making excuse like, driver not available, route is not under delivery, area is under curfew, and wait again. And if you call again then they will disconnect your call. No customer value. I paid for ac at store and they said tomorrow we will deliver the product but still delivery not arrived I'm waiting since Wednesday

Misleading customers to buy other brand phones to achieve their target in sales. Rest of the service is ok. But not excellent.

Visited this place to buy laptop. Collection was limited. But satisfactory. Lacks on the latest models and updates. Has a mens & womens grooming section which needs to be highlighted. Note: Some 5 star reviews here are posted by employed staff themselves. Tip: Staff needs to be more polished and courteous. Found more knowledgeable staff at other competitor outlets.

They force people to buy what they are suggesting and here price is always higher than other shops. Go there if you want to waste extra money! They will also try to convience you with their so called extra gifts.

Never buy product from this particular reliance digital store as last day on 5th of June 2022 they tried to sell me a used laptop saying about reliance trusteeship.... Please never buy from this store. If reliance (Bagmore) have any problem with this comment can ping me up..

I have been here once and I am amazed to see such variety of unique products in one place , some of the stuffs are not upto the mark I don't know her name but married , but I got someone belonging to LG , she is new I guess I would refer her to be one unique stuff over there cause she is well behaved and very keen to her knowledge about LG product as well as others. This is a Brand showroom. Nice and sufficient collection. Time to time update their stock with new collection. Staff behaviour is good, and politie. Easily visible from main road. Opposite side of Gyan mukul Vidyalaya. Pape jeans is one of the best in seagment.

The store is located at a prominent location and can be reached easily. They have a quite large collection of items, but the behavior of the staffs is very bad. They misbehave with customers and also do misleading things. Sometimes they are also quite inattentive in nature. The price range is quite normal. Overall not at all recommend.
