Very poor behavior of staff and poor service delivery service. There is no system. We ordered a TV, it was delivered way after the said delivery date. The installation was supposed to be done today, but the service guy was not picking up the phone and ignoring the call. Great Eastern works on its own pace and doesn't care about the customer at all. They work at there own will, this is not how an organization should run. I don't want others to face the same problem as I did, so I don't recommen buying any product from great eastern kanchrapara.

Worst service. NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT We bought a fride and they said home delivery will done within 3 days. Already one week completed delivery not done. Seller was Mr. Tapas Paul, first he gave number of another employee in bill. Employees are not receiving call, we need to call multiple times, thier behaviour is so rude and autocratic. They are not giving number of manager also. They are not ready to listen.

Pros: The employees are helpful and co-operative. I bought a laptop on 2014 and recently I bought a printer. Both the time I had good experience. I hope they remain supportive to the customers like this. Cons: The only thing that is lacking is the variety of brands are not available in the shop. Like, one customer came for JBL speaker and returned because they only have Carvan, so I would recommend them to keep varieties of brands so customers don't have to return.

Bought a whirlpool refrigerator on cash 10 days back from GreatEastern ,Kanchrapara, delivery was 5 days late and till now no one came to install the refrigerator. Very bad and delayed service. Every time we are calling them they are assuring service will be on the very next day, but no one came till now.I will not recommend anyone to go there.

You can get more discounts online if you buy it at the right time. Cons: 1. The sales person doesn't know what he is saying. He/she will mislead you unknowingly or knowingly let you buy the product and just ignore you. 2. After sales service is the worst. You will have no clue what to do. Sales person will assure you the best possible service. But you will get none. 3. Forget on time installation. You wont even get delivery on time! Advice: Buy products online you will be assured it gets delivered and installed on time. Don't waste your precious time here. These offline shops have created a brand and gained so much popularity that they don't even about customers. Please rate this section and bring down their high rating. Iam doing the same. I brought a refrigerator, delivered after 10 days very bad service. They assured that delivery with in 2 days but service very bad. You should pays 100 % after they process for delivery.

Don't buy from them. We bought lg ac in cash 2023, they talk that if you give 1500 rs more lg company 2 years extra warrenty but the warrenty was not from lg company. Froud staff. And also 2 week later delivery not done.. At first they talk they installed next day but not done. We don't recive any product. They don't deserve any single star also.

I warn you all not to buy any product from this platform. I bought a Bosch washing machine for rupees 38000/- on 8.10.2023, was delivered in 3 days. But the product was damaged on the top. When the service provider came for installation, he discovered it. When we informed the shop, they said, they can just fix the product but cannot replace it. That means we pay our hard earned money to get a product damaged while delivery !!!!! What was our fault? After that, 20 days have been passed. But they have not replaced it. They have just given the phone number of a Bosch employee, who states that they cannot give us the same product any more and we have to adjust with another washing machine as per their choice. they also insisted us to repair the damaged portion and not to exchange. I feel really helpless. If anyone can guide me how I can get the replacement, or how I can file a complaint, I will be highly obliged.

I purchased an Air Conditioner on 17th April 2023, and was given a timeframe of installation of 5 days. I booked an installation on 21st April 2023, morning slot (8 am - 12 pm) from LG WhatsApp support. On 21st April, an executive from LG informs me that they won't be able to install the AC for another 5 days because all the AC installation staff is Muslim and it's their Eid. (I do have the phone recordings) My point is that's it's not my headache if it's Eid or Diwali, I just want my AC to be installed on the date committed by the company. Just because of your stupid policy of hiring only Muslims for this job, me and many others like me are suffering. The CC executive also told me that there are many other requests pending for AC installation. Will never but anytime again from Great Eastern or LG 😑 A completely biased organisation that believes in over-appeasement of one community section.
