Absolutely disappointed with Milano in Dun Laoghaire . We came here for so many times even the dough ball are small at this time. The pictures are there, I have nothing to say. Disappointed. Update : Manager took off the pizza of our bill, but I hope the pizza be back the way it was, with good quality

Loved the bruschetta and the thin crust pizza. Should have ordered my own lol would have eaten a large myself! Thanks to Bruno for cooking it and I believe Gloria or Horus (can’t make out sorry) for excellent service. Wish I could take you back to Canada with me - hope to be back one day!!

Vegan menu here is alright. There’s a nice selection and has been increasing over the years. It’s nice to see that the vegan pizzas are not just pizza without cheese. They actually put effort into it unlike most places. About the pizzas, there’s nothing special about them. But at least it’s consistent. I’ve been here many times and never had a bad pizza. But the only reason I come here is because of Tesco Clubcard vouchers. Otherwise these prices wouldn’t make sense. Who would pay 20 euros for an average “fast-food” pizza? If you don’t have a discount for this place, keep away and go to a real Italian restaurant. Otherwise enjoy the Tesco sponsored discount.

I was with my boyfriend today to eat pizza to celebrate my birthday and the manager Maria was extremely rude! the restaurant was empty, there was only us and one other family at another table, they didn't offer us water, but they gave it to another family who arrived after us and even though the restaurant was empty, they even looked at us when we decided to pay the bill. the same person who prepared our pizza was the one who came to take our order. Incredible pizza, but extremely horrible service by Milano standards, which is a place we love. P.S.: The employee discount was just something we asked about and that was only when paying the bill, when we were leaving. The service has been bad since we arrived at the restaurant. And we don't ask for a discount for employees, we just ask about the possibility of using the voucher for four pizzas that they receive per month.

Slowest, most inattentive staff I've experienced in quite some time. Between being seated and taking my order, must have been 15 minutes. At times I was genuinely wondering if we were being ignored on purpose, as it wasn't even busy. Food was fine, average. I've had better pizza in countless places. The chilli "king prawns" are an insult to king prawns however. They should supply a magnifying glass so you can see them. I've heard good things but my experience was anything but. I wouldn't recommend Milanos if you're in Dun L, not worth the price.

I had an exceptional dining experience at Milano thanks to Ruby's outstanding service. Her attention to detail, warm demeanor, and extensive knowledge of the menu truly enhanced my evening. Was in Dun Laoghaire, for an evening skate on the pier. Worked up an appetite, stumbled across Milanos while waiting for the Dart. Very warm atmosphere, the staff was extremely kind and accommodating, and can’t say enough about this yummy pizza. Will definitely be back, thank you Alex!

The staff at Milano Dun Laoghaire went above and beyond to cater for my family and I. We were welcomed so warmly as soon as we stepped through the door - we did not have a reservation at a very busy time and still we were facilitated with a beautiful table. Some of my family had run the Dublin Marathon that day and my sister actually took a turn as we were sitting at the table. She was feeling feint and needed food urgently which a member of staff so kindly sorted for us with no delay. We were blown away when the three athletes were treated to a brownie with a congratulations message piped on. It was definitely something we will all remember! Thank you so much to Robyn and all the other staff who made this experience so special.

My wife and I were in Milano many times and always enjoyed. Alex is an asset to your company as he takes great care of his customers with ease , kindness and a positive attitude, in a job he loves. We would totally recommend him as senior manager.

Great food, staff very accommodating our waitress Aisling was fantastic and helped us move tables - they did a candle and happy birthday plate for our friend which was amazing!

Exceptional experience at Milano's! I brought my 24 students to learn how to make the perfect pizza and thanks to Alex it was not only educational but also incredibly enjoyable. The fact that it was a complimentary event added to the generosity of the staff. Alex, our fantastic host, made sure the kids had a blast while learning. A unforgettable experience for our 6th class students!
