It’s a horrible environment how they running this Taco Bell. Freeze machine out of service, employees on their phones with an attitude. They don’t even check your order before handing it to you food is cold. You come back and complain they want to argue with the customer. Need new management and employees.

0 stars if could. Allowing and accepting(confirming) online orders but upon arrival state “out of pretty much everything”. Could not make order. Allegedly they cannot refund either. Received no food. Upon arriving home they had the audacity to mark the order finalized/completed. Complete scam of a location. This was at 6pm on a Saturday. Fun night ahead of you if you close at 1am /s (cause if you read the reviews it’s apparently typical behavior for them to close whenever they like). Cherry on top Taco Bell customer support is nonexistent. Tldr. Don’t ever go here

Wasn't able to place two separate orders in 1 vehicle while the store was empty. I went to another taco bell and had no issues placing the 2 separate orders.

Second time in a row I’ve had a bad experience. 1st time I ordered the taco supreme party pack and they were all room temp. Second time (today) 2 of my items were missing. Bruh

This place is horrible!! Service is horrible! They close the lobby early and claim they only accept cash. Just makes you wonder why?!?! I have complained to corporate and not 1 response back. I have quit going to all Taco Bells because of this. I recommend not ever going especially to this location.

A female worker in the drive-thru over-charged my credit card. I didn’t find out until 2 days later because the crook didn’t give me my receipt. I paid for a classic combo for $5.41 but my card was charged $15.11! A lesson learned to ALWAYS get my receipt! smh!

Saw manager and staff sitting in the dining area on their phone, tables eye dirty. Witnessed staff giving food and drinks to family or friends without paying.

OUT OF ALL chicken products. Said truck didn't come. My crunchwrap lacked crunch. Sweet tea was on point tho

Everytime I Goto this location, they are out of something... I mean some things. They either have chicken n steak no beef. Meat no bread, bread no meat ect. On Top Of That!!! When taking my order, The Best Way To Lose My Support And Gain Being Put On Blast Is Asking "WHAT ELSE"

Don't even want to leave a star but have to. One of the most horrible taco bells I've ever been to and the night shift never wants to work or has an attitude food thrown together and it's ice cold on top of it this is the second time I've ordered over 20$ worth of food and they gave me all the same burritos instead of what I requested then threw all my stuff in a bag when I ordered a box and I ordered separate burritos so we had to open every single burrito to figure out what was what and still confused because they were all made the same. Dissatisfied and if you don't like your job or hour's find a job you do so u can stop playing with people's food and money.

My family and I usually use the drive-thru. We've never had a bad experience other than maybe being out of a certain product. But, no complaints here.

I can understand teenagers messing up an order but for this store to be ran by nothing but adults well above the age of 20, they still can't comprehend simple instructions as in NO LETTUCE. It's like they waterboard the lettuce and instantly sogs everything it touches.

Yes, it's Taco Bell. You're not expecting top service or quality, but this location has a habit of leaving things off your order, skimping on sauce packets, and barely filling their tacos or burritos. It's pathetic.

If I could give zero stars I would. So, not only was my debit card not returned to me, when I returned (not even ten minutes later) to retrieve my debit card, they said they did not have it. So either they lost it (in the span of ten minutes), they lied about losing it (thus stole it), or they accidentally gave it to another customer. I am beyond frustrated with this location.
