I'd give it more stars but my bathroom had black mold around the ceiling. Other then that the room was clean. The breakfast and coffee was fantastic to have, I didn’t get to eat breakfast but all my travel buddies raved about it!! Having drinks, snacks, might have forgotten to pack for purchase in the lobby was a nice convenience!!

The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and the continental breakfast was top notch. I have stayed at many hotels that run out of food, but the two servers guaranteed that items available remained in supply. Of adage, if equipment exists, it should operate optimally. And the whirlpool was out of service and elevator was functional with issues. Overall, a great hotel within close proximity to freeway access, restaurants and shopping.

Hostess hung out outside in a car in the parking lot. Chose this place because we wanted to use swimming facilities, but hot tub area was under construction and there was no indication of that on website, the swimming pool was closed for cleaning and attempted to try change hotels because that was our plans to the facilities. Call my book company and the hotel assured them and us that it would be open tomorrow and we would be able to use pool. The next day after a hot day at the Zoo we got dress for the swimming pool and found it to be chained with a pad lock. Our only play for relaxation was meet with lies to our booking company and my family. Our stays at Holiday inn has In the past been good, but we attempted to try to go to another hotel so we could use the swimming pool the people of the front desk/contact persopn assured us it would be ready and open for us to use, it was not. 'Needless to say our whole plans for a relaxing g swim was ruined' and there excuse was the pool cleaners did not show. They could have easily canceled our room for the next day and let us find a hotels who's pool facilities were open or made sure the cleaning people did come and clean the pool. On another note the front desk person was unavailable as guest stood around near the front, but when a detective walked in the front desk worker appeared from the back room, customer service is in need of an overhaul or something.

My husband and I always try to stay at Holiday Inn Express when we're traveling because the breakfast is so good. As expected, the breakfast here is amazing. Especially the cinnamon rolls. They are soft (even 3 hours into the breakfast period!) and warm and sooooo delicious. I'm only leaving this review because the cinnamon rolls are so good.

We came from Pennsylvania for a summit in Dallas and got great service from staff . The rooms were clean . Breakfast menu was good. Food was hot . Air conditioner in room worked great . After hours was quiet . No complaints would highly recommend.

The front office people were very friendly and welcoming, the housekeepers we're also friendly and did a wonderful job keeping our room clean, the hotel was quiet, and we felt safe after seeing the night watchman patrolling the parking lot. Overall wonderful experience!

Cleanliness 5 star Customer Service off the charts Attentiveness 5 Star Kid friendly 5 star Great hotel stay, professional staff, although it appeared to be short staff, they all did an excellent job that you barely notice they could use additional staff. Due to the star rating online, I called serval times before coming so I thought they would grow sick of me calling, but they stayed professional on the phone and in person. this stay was so so so excellent!

My favorite place so far. Hot tub inside. The bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows, soft and firm. The shower was very hot, which is what I want. There was mouthwash too. Dorothy who worked at the breakfast area was super friendly, helpful. May God richly bless Dorothy! The lady that worked the second day at breakfast was the polar opposite and should learn from Dorothy how to serve people at breakfast. The hotel had a sound machine that I used. It was a big help to drown out the noise. I also used the bathroom fan to dampen the sounds from the hallway. My room was on the 3rd floor facing the service road. What would of made this better is if the hot tub had jets up higher to reach my neck and shoulders. It could of been much hotter too. I liked the hot tub SHAPE AND DEPTH more than any other hot tub I've used at the hotels over the years. THE STAFF WAS GREAT OTHER THAN THE LADY THAT NEEDS TO BE MORE LIKE DORTHY.

DO NOT STAY HERE! SAFETY CONCERNS AND BUILDING CODE VIOLATIONS. We had an incredibly negative experience at this location. When we checked in, the toilet was running and did not flush. The chain was rusted and deteriorated. I alerted the front desk and was informed that maintenance was unavailable but they'd switch our room. When I went to the new room, the key turned the light green but the door wouldn't open. After multiple tries I again alerted the front desk, in a calm and polite manner. An employee went to the room with me and the door still didn't open at first but he eventually forced it open and explained that sometimes the doors jam and I just had to keep trying till it opened (a malfunctioning door is a fire code and building code violation). At this time, we felt it was not only inconvenient but could be a safety concern, and spoke to the front desk again. We were given a third room that smelled overwhelmingly like animal urine. Once again, we went to the front desk and debated leaving altogether. The employee acted annoyed, and made a snide remark to us about it not being up to our standards, to which we replied a clean room with a functioning toilet and door is a very basic expectation. Finally, we were moved to an acceptable room. The staff and management were uncaring throughout this ordeal. This hotel is not well maintained, unclean and potentially unsafe. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had and I truly caution anyone against staying at this location.

Do not stay here! Would give it a 0 star review if it would let me! The customer service is absolutely terrible! I was staying at the hotel while in town visiting my sick grandad. There were maintenance issues with the room they gave me and apparently the maintenance worker goes home early because at 3:00 in the afternoon I was told he had gone for the day. I had to switch to 2 other rooms that also had maintenance issues before finally ending up in a room that was okay and I am not a picky person. The rooms are outdated and things don't work in them. I ended up spending hours out of the day switching rooms and dealing with the stress of it all. That was time I was planning on spending with my sick grandad but instead I was dealing with that. I eventually had to move all my stuff to a different floor entirely. Some of the staff was very rude about the situation and acted like I was the inconvenience. I was told by one staff member that they would talk to management to see if there was something they could do to compensate me for the hours long inconvenience. The next morning when I was checking out I asked the staff if they had heard back from the management about any kind of compensation to make the situation right. I was told that the assistant manager Randy said that because I eventually ended up in a room that worked, he didn't feel they owed me anything for the time, stress, inconvenience, and physical labor of moving all my stuff multiple times after ending up in the 4th room! That was time I could have spent with my grandad and management literally told me they didn't care! Worst customer service ever! The management does not care about their guests at all! I asked the staff to have the management contact me. A week later and they have still not reached out to me to make the situation right. My biggest problem was not actually with the rooms, it's with how I was treated by some staff and management.

My husband travels for work extensively as an Electrical Engineer. For this particular stay he was working night shift and because of this, the hotel was too noisy during the day. He requested to check out after one night. The person at the front desk said fine. So he went upstairs to book another IHG and called down on the hotel phone to confirm he was checking out. He also sent an email with a response that said that it was okay to call about checking out. He has stayed at this hotel before a couple of times for work. He does not fault the employees working there, the quality of the room, breakfast, etc except management and the person at the reservation desk lying about him calling on the hotel phone to check out. Needless to say they are charging for four more nights when he was staying at another Holiday Inn down the road. We have the bills to prove this. We called IHG corporate to get help as a platinum elite member since 1999 and they said they couldn't even see the reservation so contest it on your credit card. So we did. They have video of my husband leaving and pausing at the reservation desk. Because the person was busy and he had just talked to them on the phone he left. They are reopening the charge. Will my husband's work pay for this, yes. But to call him a liar is not okay. To charge him for four nights he was not there, no video of him parking, entering or leaving, not okay. Proven stay for those four days at another IHG. If you are going to fly the flag of a corporate hotel, you need to adhere to the practices of that brand. Otherwise, it can't be trusted as a place to stay for business. We are disappointed in Corporate IHG not backing their long term users of their hotels when we have never made a complaint before. I can tell you as permanent Lifetime Diamond members of Hilton, we had one incident with a similar branded hotel in 2004 and they had the ability to immediately resolve the situation with no credit card appeals. For this reason, this hotel cannot be trusted as an IHG branded hotel to adhere to their standards. Furthermore, I am not sure IHG has standards if they can't get their franchisees to adhere to them.

I was recently there for a conference. I hope the owner of the property is aware of what is happening. Unfortunately, the management (Randy) as well as the IHG guest relations line did little to remedy the situation. I was paying for 3 days to at least have a working TV, working phone and no MOLD in the room. However my expectations were not met. The TV had a blue tint and a line across the screen. When i spoke to Mr. Randy about that, he stated that the maintenance was informed and that the issue had been addressed. I said that the TV was still blue with a streak. I asked him to come upstairs and take a look. He said "No" without blinking an eye. I would not have escalated the issue but his lack of care and any attempt at customer service was non existent. I informed IHG and the offshore representatives just refer you back to the hotel management which is nonexistent. My first evening I told the lady at the front desk about the TV and phone issue. She was kind enough to come upstairs but complained that there was only her at the hotel at this time and there was nothing she could do. Because of the complete lack of customer service and the extensive amount of MOLD, buyer beware.

I stayed at this hotel for a month and in this time house keeping tried walking in three times without knocking even though I had my do not disturb on my door and the door latch flipped. They had 3 fire alarm tests on 2 different days and they brought in a carpet cleaning service and gave them a master key to enter the rooms, they didn't knock and had my coworker not had her latch flipped they would have walked in on her while she was in the tub. They even tried walking in 2 other of my coworkers rooms. When we confronted the manager he said that they were instructed to enter to rooms even if there was a do not disturb, no I'm sorry nothing at all. They didn't even place notices at the rooms till after we confronted the manager.
