The
customer
service
is
absolutely
terrible!
I
was
staying
at
the
hotel
while
in
town
visiting
my
sick
grandad.
There
were
maintenance
issues
with
the
room
they
gave
me
and
apparently
the
maintenance
worker
goes
home
early
because
at
3:00
in
the
afternoon
I
was
told
he
had
gone
for
the
day.
I
had
to
switch
to
2
other
rooms
that
also
had
maintenance
issues
before
finally
ending
up
in
a
room
that
was
okay
and
I
am
not
a
picky
person.
The
rooms
are
outdated
and
things
don't
work
in
them.
I
ended
up
spending
hours
out
of
the
day
switching
rooms
and
dealing
with
the
stress
of
it
all.
That
was
time
I
was
planning
on
spending
with
my
sick
grandad
but
instead
I
was
dealing
with
that.
I
eventually
had
to
move
all
my
stuff
to
a
different
floor
entirely.
Some
of
the
staff
was
very
rude
about
the
situation
and
acted
like
I
was
the
inconvenience.
I
was
told
by
one
staff
member
that
they
would
talk
to
management
to
see
if
there
was
something
they
could
do
to
compensate
me
for
the
hours
long
inconvenience.
The
next
morning
when
I
was
checking
out
I
asked
the
staff
if
they
had
heard
back
from
the
management
about
any
kind
of
compensation
to
make
the
situation
right.
I
was
told
that
the
assistant
manager
Randy
said
that
because
I
eventually
ended
up
in
a
room
that
worked,
he
didn't
feel
they
owed
me
anything
for
the
time,
stress,
inconvenience,
and
physical
labor
of
moving
all
my
stuff
multiple
times
after
ending
up
in
the
4th
room!
That
was
time
I
could
have
spent
with
my
grandad
and
management
literally
told
me
they
didn't
care!
Worst
customer
service
ever!
The
management
does
not
care
about
their
guests
at
all!
I
asked
the
staff
to
have
the
management
contact
me.
A
week
later
and
they
have
still
not
reached
out
to
me
to
make
the
situation
right.
My
biggest
problem
was
not
actually
with
the
rooms,
it's
with
how
I
was
treated
by
some
staff
and
management.
