Both burritos where under-filled, wrapped horribly, and came unlabeled so we had no idea which one was which. Fries Bell Grande came with no cutlery. Whole place was disgustingly messy, with a table in front of the bins so you cant get to it easily.

This is the only place in hole uk where you have to wait outside to collect food. To collect an order you have to wait average 15-20 minutes. I would like to ask you, Can you wait outside 15-20 minutes in -7 degree temperatures. I also would like to notify all delivery companies this issue and read my message. This is their company policy. I want to ask you would you recommend this place.

Love the food but the place is tiny. There is only 5 tables so no chance of getting a seat unless you poach one. Cannot order at the till unless paying cash - despite the tills having card machines and only 2/4 self order kiosks in service. Place is incredibly dirty. Staff not getting a moment, or unwilling to clean. So if you do get a table you’ll have to clean it yourself.

My daughter treated us to a takeaway, when we got home she was short of a taco and a cheese dip. My wife's spicy chicken burrito had one tiny piece of chicken in it and hardly anything else( see photo with jalapeños removed). None of our portions looked anything like the photos in the menu. Rubbish value for money. Wish we'd gone for a curry. Won't be back.

I had a good experience here and the food items were properly packed and served(takeaway). I planned to go for a takeaway as the shop was crowded with people. The shop is super small and I think they should think about reducing the number of seats and tables inside. It was very congested inside. The customer service was fine and the shop has free wifi too.

The food ok tastes good enough. The prices are disgraceful, the sizes of the burritos are a joke. Walk down the road 10 minutes and you'll get a burrito twice the size for half the price.

I ordered with the machine and was waiting for my food. It took them about 15 minutes for my food. I understand that they were busy because they had a big order but it was kind of annoying that I had to wait for such a long time for fast food. But the staff was nice and I would come back again.

It was such a horrible experience, definitely do not recommend. I ordered a soft taco but they gave me a hard shell and the customer service was an absolute zero. The place was absolutely dirty and then 20 students who were half drunk came I and started fighting, I got terrified and left

Ordered on just eat. Got 2 Volcano burrito box meals, an extra taco and an extra large seasoned fries. Half of the box meals were missing. We got 1 of the 2 drinks. We got none of the fries (0 of 3) and got no churros either. Nearly £40 of food ordered and we got half of it. Can't talk to anyone here as they don't answer their phone and just eat couldn't care less. Food is great but don't order unless you can go in person. Only way you will get what you pay for.

Been to the Taco Bell in Glasgow and it was pretty good. At the Dundee one I ordered a beef taco and a chicken taco. They were edible for a quick bite but they were filled with more lettuce than anything else. It was basically lettuce tacos. Customer service was sub par but maybe the person had a long day.

Very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness here. A number of staff behind the counter twiddling their thumbs whilst every table was dirty. I left before ordering

While I’ve had multiple good experiences here with the staff and my order, my last visit was awful. The staff were laughing at us and gave us the wrong order. Not only did they not give us our order, but the order we received was also incorrect. I don’t know if they found that funny, but it was disappointing to come home and have nothing to eat. I never received my £20 back.

Tasty and quite a bit of variety even though I usually just get the two taco supreme meal with both soft shell and beef filling. Even the chips are really good; they've got a nice spiciness to them. Also, the staff are nice and friendly.

I was served quickly and the food came out within mins. I was eating in and it was quiet so that was a bonus. I had fries. Really enjoyed them tbf as the seasoning was nice and you get awee pot of cheese to dip.

Wishing I could give this review zero stars, but it wouldn't let me. This my third time ordering from this Taco Bell branch and every time they have screwed the orders up from missing items to giving us the wrong orders. Usually, we eat in store but the past the few times we have took it home to eat. Upon ordering items from here, we are missing one or two items. Recently ordered for a dinner and half our order was missing. Had no way to contact them about this for a refund. An absolute joke and will not be coming back. Have had no problems with other branches and very disappointed as food is decent.

Ordered for delivery yesterday. The two burritos that came had no labelling to say which was which, which was a problem because one was vegetarian. Tasted good, but extremely small portions. The bag of fries was about the size of a McDonalds Happy Meal bag, the burrito less than half the size of a Wee Mexico one.

Visited on 27.12.22 just for some small desserts, was really good and great how you can either order at the screen or you can pay in cash at the till which is really good. The food was prepared really fast

Very poor customer service - too busy joking around in the kitchen throwing food at each other. Quality of the food was good - tasty but the portions are tiny, not just small, TINY. I'd actually thought they'd wrapped up a couple of hash browns for a laugh...nope, that's your tacos. Less that a teaspoon of cheese as a topping. The chips on the other hand are really nice and well seasoned - about the equiv. of a McDonalds 'small'. Sadly, won't be back.
