rude
&
disrespectful.

Experience:
As
operating
the
self
checkout
machines,
I
&
my
partner
found
ourselves
not
being
able
to
take
off
the
anti
theft
tag
after
purchasing.
I
kindly
asked
for
help
with
the
machine
as
we
have
never
used
it
before.
Before
I
even
asked
a
question
starting
with
"sorry,
could
you
please
help
me
with
a
problem
i
have
with
the
self
checkout
machine"
the
lady
rolled
her
eyes
directly
at
me,
with
more
unpleasant
facial
expressions.
Instead
of
helping
she
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
"it
is
working"
as
I
stand
still
waiting
for
a
simple
helping
hand,
she
stormed
towards
the
self
checkout
machine
towards
my
partner
again
making
unpleasant
facial
&
body
expressions
advising
me
"just
go
to
the
other
one"
(pointing
at
the
human
assisted
checkouts).
She
quickly
realised
that
indeed
the
machine
was
not
taking
off
the
tag,
and
stormed
to
the
registers
&
proceeded
to
point
at
me
&
my
partner
&
laugh
rudely
which
really
struck
me.
She
once
again
stormed
towards
us,
handed
the
purchased
clothing
with
a
long
arm,
rolled
her
eyes
&
turned
around
without
any
word.
I
would
like
to
say
people
like
this
should
not
have
a
position
as
a
first
line
customer
service
persons.
This
lady
was
so
rude
&
disrespectful
it's
disgusting
she
was
given
the
opportunity
to
even
interact
with
customers.
First
line
customer
service
persons
should
be
kind
&
helpful,
this
lady
was
the
opposite.
An
official
complaint
will
be
filed
to
the
head
office.
