35 degrees is the minimum inside. It's a terrible feeling to be a customer, after only 2 minutes you are completely wet. There is not even enough air inside and it is very suffocating. Do not go to Bershka Dundrum, I do not recommend it because it is dangerous for health, especially heart patients!!!

Terrible customer experience today. The staff were very rude. I tried to pay at the upstairs cash desk but was rudely told to "go downstairs". The gentleman who served me at the downstairs cash desk hardly even acknowledged me after I greeted him. He did not even thank me for my purchase. I like their close but their staff badly need customer training. This was on Sunday 11th August at 1.30pm

Not happy that the charge was more than the price tag, they said it is what it is!!!!

Horrible customer service. They tell me I can't use the fitting room because they have to close it earlier than normal to pick up the shop and go home on time. Lazy workers, I will definitely not go back to this shop and obviously I didn’t buy nothing. It was at 19:15, 1 hour 45 minutes before the shop close. Totally ridiculous.

I needed to exchange an item but I lost the receipt . I tried to explained I only bought it a week ago and the item still have the tag on it . I spoke with the manager from Dundrum Town center , she was very rude and not helpfull at all. I paid for the item with card and I could prove that to her , she didn’t bother even look at it . I asked for a reprint of my receipt she said can not do that in the shop I should contact customer service , I asked for their contact she told me to google it myself and find out !!!! I was chocked !!! I will not buy anymore at this shop ever again . Very unhelpfull staff.

Signs saying sale on items ,but full price when you finally get to the till. Then they'd no change and 4.20 of copper coins.total joke and manager a headless chicken

Terrible customer service. Rude staff at the counter and my item purchase online got automatically refunded the next day even before I even got a chance to pick it in the store.

Order stolen by shop, beware! I've returned part of my online order to the cashier in this shop, but she didn't file a return or a refund on them, so I've neither items nor money now Bershka support is absolutely useless on this Hope this helps someone, watch out

Had the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life here. The woman working was extremely aggressive, impatient and rude to me. I regret going through with my purchase and I certainly won’t be returning

Subject: Spanish lady with a flat cap hat working on the 24th June 2023, extremely rude & disrespectful. Date : 24th June 2023 Experience: As operating the self checkout machines, I & my partner found ourselves not being able to take off the anti theft tag after purchasing. I kindly asked for help with the machine as we have never used it before. Before I even asked a question starting with "sorry, could you please help me with a problem i have with the self checkout machine" the lady rolled her eyes directly at me, with more unpleasant facial expressions. Instead of helping she proceeded to tell me that "it is working" as I stand still waiting for a simple helping hand, she stormed towards the self checkout machine towards my partner again making unpleasant facial & body expressions advising me "just go to the other one" (pointing at the human assisted checkouts). She quickly realised that indeed the machine was not taking off the tag, and stormed to the registers & proceeded to point at me & my partner & laugh rudely which really struck me. She once again stormed towards us, handed the purchased clothing with a long arm, rolled her eyes & turned around without any word. I would like to say people like this should not have a position as a first line customer service persons. This lady was so rude & disrespectful it's disgusting she was given the opportunity to even interact with customers. First line customer service persons should be kind & helpful, this lady was the opposite. An official complaint will be filed to the head office.
