The hardest store to get through to by phone when looking for an item. The River Island website tells you they have it but cannot get through to an actual person to physically check and hold it. Or no facility to order and collect the item online. Really disappointing.

River Island is a popular high street store. On the pricey side. Great selection of handbags. On the ground floor of Dundrum centre. Staff are usually lovely and helpful.

I have always liked this shop everywhere because of the options they have with Jeans, these are always stylish and fashion. The one in Dundrum has a big sales stand for the jeans and lights, however when I asked to get a pair of jeans the assistant point me to a pair of jeans which were not the same color and then tried to persuade me that the difference in the color tone was due to the light. I think nobody in the shop could not believe what he was saying because it was so evident they were not the same model/color. So very poor staff and not helpful.

When in Dundrum, my daughter and I always pop into River Island, love the bags and shoes

I was in River Island with my daughter yesterday we purchased a pair of jeggings which we had thought were 35euro as she had tried on a size 10 and 12. The 10 were priced at 35euro and the 12 at 50euro, an extra 15euro for a inch on the waistband is a disgrace and I would think twice about ever shopping there again.

My favourite shop. The clothing is always great quality and the styles are unique. Love it.
