The rooms and bathrooms were good(relativy). Food is great. The surrounding is somewhat beautiful. But the customer services are really poor(maybe it's because of the season, and it's busy).we booked the hotel rooms and as we came there the rooms were not cleaned so had to wait .And had to wait for an hour to get the ordered tea then also had to call the manager to remind that we ordered tea. If you don't have any option choose this place cause there are really good places in Nuwara-Eliya to choose.

A good budget hotel in Nuwara Eliya. However the entrance has a very steep and narrow entry road. A heater is provided upon request. Walking distance to Gregory lake, park and the town. The guest should ask for the breakfast menu and confirm it or they will provide a mean breakfast. The service from the staff should be improved.

Decent budget place to stay in Nuwara Elliya. Courteous staff and manager. They provide scrumptious breakfast. I stayed in 111. The room had balcony on both sides and the view was beautiful. The proximity to Gregory Lake, Victoria Garden, Grand Indian Hotel, Race course was an advantage. However ,I will recommend that they should maintain the place better.

This is a budget accommodation in the City limits of NuwaraEliya. During the season the prices can go up exorbitantly. Access is hard even though the road conditions are good owing to the steep inclination and the narrow road - a situation not uncommon in NuwaraEliya. The location itself is calm and quiet. The hotel consists of two parts about 100 meters apart. The higher located building has a good view of the waterfall, and has a good spacious family room with good bathroom and heating facility. There's a surprisingly big carpark in front of the upper building. If you drive a car be very careful negotiating the road and an acute bend or two. Just a few passing places are present.

We arrived the evening we were suppose to stay after booking (and confirming our booking!) over two phone phone conversations the evening before. When we arrived then evening after a five hour journey. We were told that our room had been given away because we did not confirm our booking. When we tried to correct the man saying that we had in fact confirmed the room (less than 24 hours before) he began yelling at us, saying that it was our fault as we hadn't answered his call earlier that day. We had to find another place to stay late that night. The behaviour of this man was the most disgusting and disrespectful of any that I came across during my time in Sri Lanka. For a hotel staff member I am shocked at how anyone can think this behaviour reasonable or appropriate. At all costs and suggest staying for away from this appalling hotel.

Nice and friendly staff who are eager tot help you. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed different types of breakfast during the three days we stayed here (one day we had a really spicy Sri Lankan breakfast).

Really friendly staff and management, makes you feel welcome. However, the linen (sheets and pillows) were not cleaned from the last visit. Called them up and asked for fresh ones but the replacements were only slightly better. The room and bathroom were clean, but in dire need to refurbishment. Place looks old and dated. About a 2 minute walk to the main road so good location with some views from most upper rooms. Did not order food so can't comment. We paid a premium price as it was a last minute booking during new year peak, so this was a bad deal.

We stayed there one night (17th April 2019). Place is located in 2/3 mins away from the town. Therefore it is very convenient when accessing city premises. considering about hotel facilities they have got spacious rooms but concern is they haven't paid attention on linens. we had to request new linens and proved them which were already there contains stains and dust. price wise it is worth
