    Went to Chick-fil-A this morning and ordered a chick-fil-a chicken sandwich and hash browns. I asked for honey and ketchup. I didn’t check my bag as I should have. Got to work and only had a sandwich in my bag. I had strawberry jelly and no honey. Not sure why the operator Alex did not get this right. It was a very simple order. I tried calling all morning to let them know and of course no answer. So now I’m writing my review. Very disappointing.

    I ordered the "Spicy Deluxe". This was NOT the spicy chicken). If I'm at this mall again I will not eat at this Chick-fil-A. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here. This Chick-fil-A gives a bad reputation to the Chick-fil-A name.

    DISAPPOINTED is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I understand inflation and the fact that businesses have to raise their prices to offset their losses, but when it comes to restaurants, the purpose of raising prices is to continue to provide the same quality of product and service, but that didn’t happen here. Not only did they raise their prices, but also LOWERED the portion size (photo included) which completely goes against my personal rule for raising prices. Uncool.

    I just moved in the area and this Chick-fil-A is up the street from my house. I've only been there 3 times.. 2 out of the 3 times customer service has been terrible. My very first time the young lady taking my order was giving major attitude. The most recent time a young man was very rude and had a nasty attitude. I reported him to the manager. I won't be back to this location.

    This location needs some structure. It has to be bas management because there is no way anyone should sit in a drive-thru line for 42 mins. RIDICULOUS! I visit this location often as it’s convenient to my job for lunch. I’ve noticed there has been a mass hire for the Summer and I can hardly tell. I just had to walk in to get my order after waiting almost an hour on a salad. As I’m driving off the third vehicle I was behind was just now at the window. I come at the same time each time I visit so NO this was not just a lunch hour rush. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for years and this location needs an evaluation from management on down. Will not be visiting again. This was the last straw.

    I ordered 2 deluxe sandwiches, the original was too salty and the spicy one was a little salty, but delicious. I recommend to eat spicy chicken sandwich! In terms of taste and staffs, I would like to give 4 stars, but the reason I only give 3 stars is because I placed an online order in advance and went to pick it up, but even when I arrived at the store, I had to wait over 20 minutes to receive it. Also the shake I ordered was missing so I had to wait again. Rather, I saw the person who came to the store after I arrived and placed an order completed first. Staff was friendly but there seems to be a problem with the order management system.

    Extremely disappointed in their customer service. I ordered through the mobile app because I was on my lunch break for work. When i got to the window to get my food they said they were waiting on my sandwich and needed me to pull into a curbside spot so i did. I waited for 10 minutes and nobody brought me my food. I then went inside and stood in the pick up area for 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged my presence until another customer told a young lady I had been waiting there before her as they passed her her food. Come to find out my food had just been sitting in the drive thru window the entire time. I have never had this issue at any Chick-fil-A before and i am very disappointed with this location. They looked at me and walked passed me without saying a word until someone had to tell them i had been standing there waiting to be helped. I do not work a traditional job so I wasted a lot of time and money waiting on my food dealing with poor customer service.

    I don’t not recommend this location at all! Ordered food at 10:15am for curbside sat there for over 20 minutes just to have to get out of my car 9 months pregnant to go in and find out they don’t have a part of my order!! Terrible customer service! Didn’t get a refund until 10:45am which made me late for work and my job is only 2 minutes away. Never again will

    Who doesn't love Chick fil a. My food was hot, delicious and tasty. You can't go wrong with Nuggets, Sweet Tea and Waffle Fries with BBQ Sauce.

    I recently visited Chick-fil-A at Perimeter Mall and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Destany's outstanding communication skills and top-notch customer service. She recommended something special, and I must say it was truly amazing. The combination of excellent service and delicious food makes this location stand out. Highly recommend!

    Yesterday, I ordered food from another establishment for a meeting. When I went to pick up my order they did not have enough food to complete my request and there was no communication. I called Chick-fil-A on Hammond Drive and they were able to provide me with 40 boxed lunches in 15 mins. They definitely saved the day, and the food was very good and consistent. Thank you!!!

    I just left the drive through excellent service as always. Yet, I ordered a the new pimento chicken sandwich combo. I get to the hospital where I am visiting my daughter, only to find out, I was given chicken nuggets and not my sandwich. I just ask that the bags are doubled checked before giving them to customers. Because people want what they paid for. UPDATE: I called to inform the manager of the mistake. Ashley was so awesome and offered to have the sandwich remade. I thanked her and pick the sandwich up later on that day. Shawn was also amazing. He asked my issue when I got back...took charge and they remade the sandwich for me. I am so grateful. I know it seems like a small thing. But with a stressful situation with my daughter being sick. They made my day with their kindness.

    The cashier was very friendly and caring. The chicken nuggets were good but the chicken sandwich deluxe was not. One side was breaded and the other side looked grilled. At first sight i thought it was. The chicken was also a tad bit soggy.

    The person taking my order was disengaged and got the order completely wrong. I had to correct him multiple times. I have to have a gluten free diet for medical reasons. The sandwich they gave me had a gluten free bun that was still frozen solid. They told me it was still frozen when they served it to me… WHY would you knowingly serve food which is not edible? Then when I told them I don’t want to eat a frozen sandwich, they offered a regular bun. I can’t eat that either, so I asked for a refund for the sandwich. They said they would need my receipt in order to refund, but the problem is they never gave me a receipt. All of this happening in the drive thru line. Such a disaster of an establishment. Stay far away.

    This place had a terrible pickup procedure. If the point is to order ahead to save time or order delivery, why does this restaurant, and many others in Atlanta area, prepare the order then just let it sit behind the counter without even announcing the order is done? All this after clearly seeing people who ordered online as well as drivers are waiting in the pick up section? I was looking at my order sit on the counter for a whole 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged it was ready. From my experience the chick fil a customer service brand is a flat out lie and I have 0 expectations that chick fil a is going to be prompt, courteous or attentive in the Atlanta area. I've been to this restaurant countless times over the past 5 years and seen the same people and they still treat me like I'm a random hobo. And thestaff, including the "managers-in-training", are only professional when their superiors visit. These things can be said about many chick fil a restaurants everywhere I go. If people did not request chik fil a I would never go

    I cant rate the food because we literally sat in this drive thru line for 16 mins! saw the young female while waiting a few cars back however she NEVER returned Everyone just looked & waited. I proceeded on to Buffalo Wild Wings. Never known chic fil a to have this type of service🙄😡

    This location is the best experience for pre-order. They get the order ready as you are approaching the location. I choose to walk in but that is just me. Always thinking there may be an issue, so go inside to pickup. But... There is never an issue! My order is always ready and perfectly filled.

    I frequent this location because they’re convenient and I know I’m getting ready to eat the food but presentation is everything to me and for some reason whenever I get my food from here it’s always looking crazy, like it’s just thrown together IDK if they need more training on how to prepare food or if they need more staff because they’re too busy IDK but I never have this problem at any other Chick-fil-A location. Plz ask the staff to do better

    (Am) This morning I ordered breakfast from the app, unfortunately I knew I was not going to make it on time to pick it up before lunch started, so I called and asked them to please cancel my order. Instead, Javier told me he would make sure I got my order if I had the chance to come back later… (Pm) I just walked out of the restaurant with my order. They took good care of me and as usual; the food was great! Sadly, I didn’t get to meet Javi, but he has definitely been one the nicest and most helpful staff members! Thank you Javi (+ the guy at the register. 🙈 I didn’t ask for his name), you made our day!

    My food was hot & ready. Cashier who took my order was very patient & polite. And the store was cleaned when I observed. Everybody was wearing masks. And Everybody was busy. Keep up the good work. I observed the Store Manager making sure everything was in place. The store looked Great. Keep it up You guys had a score 92 % I will be eating there more often.

    The bun was already falling apart before I even tried to take off the top to put on the dressing which is done for you at pretty much every other chain. Doing less for more aavis the new industry standard. 2nd time at a chick FIL a and will be my last unless I'm dumpster diving and ill still try to avoid.

    If you live in SS or Dunwoody *this* is the one you should be going to. It’s right next to the mall so either order ahead or be prepared to wait, however, the wait is worth the service and quality. They were slammed but my order was perfect. In fact, they’ve always been on point when I stop in. Everyone here deserves a raise. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏

    I’ve never experienced terrible service at CFA until this place. Placed a pick up order and there happened to be another order with the same name. The employee handed me both orders despite me telling her that I hadn’t ordered these other items. She even didn’t attempt to check. Realizing she had given me the wrong order, I brought it back and told who I believed to be some sort of supervisor “I got the wrong order.” She promptly, without even glancing my way, says “then put it back” and walks away as if she’s too busy to care. Both the drive thru and dining area were pretty empty. Will NOT be returning to this location.

    I placed a curbside order for my family of 4. I realized that only one of our 4 orders was correct. I spoke with an employee who agreed to correct it. I then received a “corrected” bag of food. I checked the bag and noticed that it was now missing an item. Upon finally getting home with the correct food I found that all the drink cups were leaking and had left a puddle on my seat.

    Billy N from this location is amazing. I wanted to order the spicy grilled chicken sandwich with the cilantro lime sauce. Billy N kindly let me know that that was a seasonal item. Totally understabdable. I ordered the fried spicy deluxe chicken sandwich understandable. Billy N also let me know that the cilantro lime sauce is seasonal also but was able to find me some in the back. I really appreciated that. Billy N is awesome!

    I am vegetarian and always order a “veggie wrap”. Half the time I come here, whoever is placing my order can’t figure out how to order it on their iPad and it’s so frustrating. I always end up sitting waiting for my food for 15 minutes. Every employee should be trained on how to order this! Half of the time they charge me for a chicken wrap, which is more expensive
