This
place
had
a
terrible
pickup
procedure.
If
the
point
is
to
order
ahead
to
save
time
or
order
delivery,
why
does
this
restaurant,
and
many
others
in
Atlanta
area,
prepare
the
order
then
just
let
it
sit
behind
the
counter
without
even
announcing
the
order
is
done?
All
this
after
clearly
seeing
people
who
ordered
online
as
well
as
drivers
are
waiting
in
the
pick
up
section?
I
was
looking
at
my
order
sit
on
the
counter
for
a
whole
10
minutes
before
anyone
acknowledged
it
was
ready.
From
my
experience
the
chick
fil
a
customer
service
brand
is
a
flat
out
lie
and
I
have
0
expectations
that
chick
fil
a
is
going
to
be
prompt,
courteous
or
attentive
in
the
Atlanta
area.
I've
been
to
this
restaurant
countless
times
over
the
past
5
years
and
seen
the
same
people
and
they
still
treat
me
like
I'm
a
random
hobo.
And
thestaff,
including
the
"managers-in-training",
are
only
professional
when
their
superiors
visit.
These
things
can
be
said
about
many
chick
fil
a
restaurants
everywhere
I
go.
If
people
did
not
request
chik
fil
a
I
would
never
go
