    Dropped by and was served by Kiara who was incredibly helpful, sorted out two pairs of kids sunglasses very quick (and cleaned a pair I had on while they debated the options). Highly recommend.

    Horrible CS! Managers with very little knowledge, of how to handle a complex return, although I had receipts in hand. I was in the store for 40 minutes to be told that I will receive a check in the mail, that could potentially take at least two to three weeks. It didn’t take 3 weeks for the funds to be debited from my card, which was $396.18. I purchased the glasses in FL with no issues, but returning them in Atlanta at this mall…. a complete mess! If you have a return in Atlanta just take the drive to Lenox. I have filed a complaint so hopefully I’ll get the answers I’m looking for.

    Don’t shop here. They have sales associates that have no clue what they are doing. They try to sell you scratched sunglasses. Bad customer service

    Do not buy anything from here. The store manager “Victoria” refused to accept my return my sunglasses as she claimed they were scratched. However, I never wore them outside one day. As you can see, my glasses are not scratched.

    Terrible Experience. I went in for returning sunglasses which are not used at least once, the staff asked me to replace it with other. When I asked for a refund, the person was very rude and said it was scratched and used and he wont refund the money and asked me to go to the store where I got them. Very much disappointed with the customer service. Never going to visit this store.

    Amazing service! I walked in unsure of what brand/style/color glasses I might want and the 2 managers on staff, Seth and Tyler were incredibly patient, friendly and helpful. I left with huge smile on my face because I got the perfect set of lenses! BACK IN ACTION!

    This store lost my BOPIS order (~$130) and would not refund me until they completed an investigation - which didn't happen. I recieved 2 calls and a voicemail that it arrived, but I no longer needed the glasses. I called to tell them they could be put back, but both locations in the mall could not locate them. I went to the store myself..same thing. My name was not on the pickup log, and I had flight information to prove I was not in the US since their arrival. I was told the manager would have to review the 8 days of footage to see where the glasses went (stolen, given to the wrong person, etc). I was told I would recieve a call upon ths findings of this investiagtion, which I did not. It has been 3 weeks. I don't know if they were accusing me of picking them up and lying, but it is a strange practice to have to complete an investigation before a customer can be refunded. From the beginning I just wanted a refund, so the reason for their disappearance is irrelevant. Do not do a buy online pickup in store to this location. They may lose your glasses and somehow turn it into something that is your fault!

    The glasses that you ordered online have no insurance or refund if they are damaged during delivery and you must be careful in the mall and the shop and check the glasses. And a bad memory from this shop that I chose a pair of glasses and only one of them was inside the shop. I told them I would take the house and when I received it, the number was bigger and it was a little scratched and I went again and I wanted to go back and they said we can not go back and after that I called the company and they said the same and everyone . It did not answer and finally I had to change half the price with another pair of glasses. I even changed it. Even when I checked, the glasses were still scratched and the seller did not comment. He took something and said, "We will give you another seed. I was not satisfied at all and I will not buy from there at all, and I wasted my time and the stress that came to me."

    Alex and Michelle were amazing! Alex initially helped me order two pairs of sunglasses and when the package never arrived, Michelle took care of the issue quickly and efficiently! They both made sure that I left the store happy and satisfied which I greatly appreciated! I will definitely return to the Perimeter upstairs location, the customer service is unmatched.
