The waterfalls are on about 2 hours walk from the parking, and the road doesn't finish there - if you want to walk more, the road is going for about hour more to an old house. Beautiful and easy weekend trip.

Enjoyable and relaxing trail, not too long or difficult. It took us about 2 hours to reach the waterfall (with the usual pauses for pictures along the way, especially on the newly built panoramic viewpoint). There are a few stops where you can catch a breather and drink some water. The waterfall itself was well worth the trip

A very scenic hiking trail. Good for beginner or moderate hikers. We walked it with city sneakers. Strongly recommend!

We used an alternative route in the forest - was excellent. Take care of the signs and enjoy!

Amazing nature and views of Rila mountain. Nice waterfall, long walk to it - about 2.5h in one direction.

The ecopath is very well kept with a lot of places you can stop for rest. The waterfall is full of water at this time of the year (beginning of June) and very beautiful. There are plenty of places before you reach the waterfall where you can fill your water bottles but understandably there is no such place after it. The ecopath continues after the waterfall to the hut. I would recommend this walk for everyone as it is beginner-friendly.

Wonderful and easy path, beautiful panoramic and forest sceneries.

Generally place is good if you like nature. I was unable to find waterfalls. No guidance available. Only one information board nothing else. People in the area unable to speak English. I was very thankful to the shop assistant girl in the village who could understand very little English and she was very helpful. Place is absolutely amazing with natural beauty. But proper guidance is needed to get to waterfall. Church in the village looks great.

The path is long, but not hard. The views and the waterfall are worth it in every season! :)

This was a light 10 min walk up to the waterfall. The route is easy. The waterfall is very beautiful. We loved it but it was just too short of a walk, not really an eco trail.

Very beautiful and easy road to the charming waterfall. The water of the Bystrishka waterfall falls from a height of about 35 meters, overflowing into numerous waterfalls and waterfalls, one more beautiful and more powerful than the other. On the rocks, you can climb higher and see that part of the waterfall that is invisible from the road. Stunning views open on the way to the waterfall.

We didn’t find it. Seems like this location is only the trail head. Anyhow this entire area is so nice at June!

Very nice and long walk in the canyon, reaching a waterfall and then some more.

We followed the GPS route from Sapareva banya to Bistritsa via Samoranovo and the road was a nightmare. We were not impressed by the ecotrail either.
