The reception at São Lucas Copacabana answers and passes to Gávea and no one answers! The receptionists at Copacabana just say that it's really difficult there! How can you? I had an appointment scheduled for 5pm with Dr. Luiz Loivos (pulmonology). I arrived in advance, presented myself at reception and was informed that it would be a little late, estimating my appointment at 5:30 pm. In order not to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes, I stayed outside. Upon returning to reception at 5:30 pm, I was surprised by the information that there were still people in front of me and that I would probably only be seen at 7:30 pm!!! And the only explanation for this was that this doctor provided "time-consuming" care. Total disrespect and they seemed to not care about the situation! Regarding the quality of the doctor's care, unfortunately I have nothing to comment on as I was unable to wait at least 2h30 beyond the scheduled time.

Terrible!!!! I booked the specialist through the DASA platform, spent money to go to the place and in the end the doctor didn't show up and didn't tell me anything. The attendants at the place still made me wait by promising to pay for my journey home, I waited 15 minutes and the next thing I knew they went back to their work at the reception as normal and left me waiting there, with the promise that no one was going to keep. I still politely went there to say that I no longer needed to pay anything and the attendant mentioned that they sent me a cancellation message, as if it was my fault for not having seen it since NOBODY sent me a message, either via email or in the junk mail. , no SMS, no Whatsapp, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! An immense lack of respect, I will never score in that place again.
